基于专利的我国壳寡糖种植业领域技术发展态势分析

【摘要】:壳寡糖是一类由氨基葡萄糖通过β-(1,4)-糖苷键连接起来的低聚合度水溶性的糖类,具有多种生物活性,在种植业领域具有很高的应用价值。以国家知识产权中国专利数据为数据源,检索了1985-2016年期间我国壳寡糖种植业领域相关专利,从申请量、主要申请人、技术分布、研究热点等内容进行分析。结果表明,近年来我国壳寡糖种植业领域研究进入快速发展期;企业是壳寡糖种植业领域专利申请的主力军,海南正业中农高科股份有限公司在该领域具有技术优势;诺维信生物股份有限公司、生物农业股份有限公司、拜尔作物科学股份公司等国际农业巨头企业均在中国进行了专利布局;专利技术分布主要集中在农药、肥料领域,以杀菌剂、植物生长调节剂、植物诱抗剂等为研究热点。该研究结果对我国壳寡糖在种植业领域的发展和布局具有一定借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Chitosan oligosaccharide is a kind of water-soluble carbohydrate with low degree of polymerization, which is connected by glucosamine via 尾 -taurosine bond. It has a variety of biological activities and has high application value in the field of planting. The data source of China patent of national intellectual property rights is used as data source. From 1985 to 2016, the relevant patents in the field of chitosan oligosaccharide cultivation in China were searched and analyzed in terms of the amount of applications, the main applicants, the technical distribution, the research hotspots, and so on. In recent years, the research on chitosan oligosaccharide planting industry in China has entered a period of rapid development, enterprises are the main force of patent application in the field of chitosan oligosaccharide planting, Hainan Zhengye Zhongnong High-Tech Co., Ltd. has technical advantages in this field. International agricultural giant companies, such as Novox Biological Co., Ltd., Biological Agriculture Co., Ltd., Bayer crop Science Co., Ltd., have all carried out patent distribution in China; the distribution of patent technology is mainly concentrated in the fields of pesticides and fertilizers. The research focuses on fungicides, plant growth regulators and plant inducers. The results of this study have some reference significance for the development and distribution of chitosan oligosaccharides in the field of planting industry in China.
