复合肥体系氮磷钾养分透膜性质研究

【摘要】:本研究以聚合物缓/控释包膜肥料为研究背景,以氮、磷、钾元素养分透过聚苯乙烯薄膜的透过率为研究对象。选用来源广泛、价格低廉的聚苯乙烯颗粒制备了聚苯乙烯薄膜。并使用Ussing Chamber方法实验测定了298K温度下不同浓度尿素-水溶液、不同组成的尿素-磷酸二氢钠-水溶液、尿素-氯化钾-水溶液、尿素-氯化钠-水溶液和尿素-磷酸二氢钙-水、尿素-磷酸二氢钠-水、尿素-氯化钾-水和饱和水溶液体系中氮元素养分对于聚苯乙烯薄膜的渗透率数据,考察了尿素浓度和其他肥料养分添加对于氮元素渗透率的影响并发现,向尿素溶液中加入其他肥料组分对氮养分透过聚合物薄膜的渗透率存在重要影响,不可忽视。该影响对于渗透扩散可能是促进或抑制的,具体由添加量决定。另外,采用相同方法测定了不同组成的磷酸二氢钾-水溶液和尿素-磷酸二氢钾-水溶液中氮、磷、钾元素养分对于聚苯乙烯薄膜的渗透率数据,考察了不同溶液中的氮、磷、钾元素养分的透过特性并发现对大多数含尿素的水溶液体系而言,随着添加肥料养分浓度的提高,肥料养分(氮、磷、钾)的渗透率呈现出先增大再减小的变化趋势。该变化可以由“渗透-扩散”理论解释。在该类体系中,对于养分渗透率存在两种相互竞争作用:由于浓度增加导致聚合物薄膜中养分溶解度的增加及形成缔合物体积的增大。在低浓度下,由于浓度增加导致聚合物薄膜中养分溶解度的增加对于养分渗透率的影响占主要作用;在高浓度下,由于浓度增加导致形成缔合物体积的增大对于养分渗透率的影响占主要作用。
[Abstract]:In this study, polymer controlled release coated fertilizer as the research background, the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrient elements through the polystyrene film transmittance as the research object. Using a wide range of sources, low prices of polystyrene particles were prepared using polystyrene film. And the temperature of 298K of different concentrations of urea water solution was determined by Ussing Chamber method the different composition of urea - sodium dihydrogen phosphate aqueous solution, urea and potassium chloride aqueous solution, urea - sodium chloride water solution and water - urea - calcium dihydrogen phosphate, urea - sodium dihydrogen phosphate - water - potassium chloride, urea nitrogen and water saturated aqueous solution system for nutrient permeability data of the polystyrene film, study the concentration of urea and other nutrients added for effect of nitrogen permeability to urea solution and found that adding other fertilizer components of nitrogen nutrients through the polymer film permeability of deposit In the important influence can not be ignored. The effect is to promote or inhibit the diffusion of possible specific decisions by the amount. In addition, using the same method for the determination of the different components of potassium dihydrogen phosphate aqueous solution and urea aqueous solution of potassium dihydrogen phosphate and nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium nutrient for the permeability data of polystyrene films were investigated. Different solutions of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium nutrient transmittance is found in aqueous solution containing most of urea, with the increase of the concentration of added fertilizer, fertilizer nutrient (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium) penetration rate increased first and then decreased. The change can be explained by the theory of "osmosis diffusion". In this kind of system, for the existence of two competing effects: due to increasing concentration of nutrient permeability increase and the formation of complex volume nutrient solubility in polymer thin films At low concentration, the increase of nutrient solubility in polymer film plays a major role in nutrient permeability due to the increase of concentration. Under high concentration, the increase of volume of association resulted in the increase of nutrient volume and the impact on nutrient permeability.
