基于3S技术和MaxEnt的川牛膝在中国的潜在分布及种植空缺分析

【摘要】:研究川牛膝在全国范围的潜在分布及种植空缺,有利于为其实地保护及种植推广工作提供依据。该文结合63个川牛膝地理分布数据和49个相关生态因子,利用3S技术及Max Ent模型对川牛膝在全国的潜在分布进行预测及种植空缺分析。研究结果表明:(1)川牛膝在全国潜在分布面积约634 385.80 km2,主要分布于四川省的东北部、东南部,云南省的北部、东南部,贵州省的西部、西南部,重庆市的西南部、东北部,陕西省的西南部,甘肃省的东南部,湖北省的西部,广西省的西部,西藏自治区的东南部等区域;(2)影响川牛膝生长的主要生态因子是降水量、海拔、最冷月极低温度、土壤类型、月均温等;(3)全国川牛膝种植空缺区域主要位于四川省广元市、绵阳市、雅安市、乐山市、凉山州、攀枝花市,陕西省汉中市,云南省大理自治州、怒江自治州、楚雄自治州、保山市、曲靖市、文山自治州,贵州省黔西南自治州等。该研究结果对掌握川牛膝的生长环境、预测在全国的潜在分布及其栽培推广具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:The study on the potential distribution and planting vacancy of Achyranthes bidentata in the whole country is helpful to provide the basis for the field protection and planting popularization. This paper combines 63 geographical distribution data of Achyranthes bidentata and 49 related ecological factors. Using 3s technique and Max Ent model, the potential distribution of Achyranthes bidentata in China was predicted and the planting vacancy was analyzed. The results show that the potential distribution area of Achyranthes bidentata in China is about 634,385.80 km2, mainly in the northeast and southeast of Sichuan Province. Northern, southeast, western, southwest, southwest, southwest of Chongqing, northeast of Chongqing, southwest of Shaanxi Province, southeast of Gansu Province, west of Hubei Province, west of Guangxi Province, The main ecological factors affecting the growth of Achyranthes bidentata are precipitation, altitude, coldest month, extremely low temperature, soil type, monthly mean temperature, etc.) the vacancy area of cultivated Achyranthes bidentata in Sichuan Province is mainly located in Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province. Mianyang City, Ya'an City, Leshan City, Liangshan Prefecture, Panzhihua City, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province, Dali Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, Nujiang Autonomous Prefecture, Chuxiong Autonomous Prefecture, Baoshan City, Qujing City, Wenshan Autonomous Prefecture, The results of this study are of great significance in understanding the growth environment of Achyranthes bidentata and predicting its potential distribution in China and its cultivation and popularization.
