规模化猪场粪污处理模式的比较分析

【摘要】:为了解规模化猪场当前粪污处理的模式,探索规模猪场粪污处理的理想模式。本研究先通过调查问卷的方式对江苏省内5个地区34个不同类型猪场沼液处理方式进行调研分析,之后随机选取8个具有典型代表性的规模猪场进行采样,从粪污的化学耗氧量(COD)、总氮、总磷、锌、铜等指标进行综合分析,最终提出一种理想的粪污处理模式。试验分为两个部分:1.规模化猪场粪污处理模式调研分析目前江苏省规模化生猪养殖生产中普遍重视干粪的处理。但对于污水处理水平参差不齐。主要存在两种模式"猪—沼—排放"模式和"猪-沼-氧化-排放",都充分利用了厌氧氧化、发酵等技术。虽然,在某些指标上得到了很好的改善,甚至有的指标已经达到国家二级排放标准,但是对环境的污染仍然存在。为此结合调查研究所了解的信息,依据猪场所在地区土地资源及周围环境情况,提出以下三种猪场粪污处理模式:土地集约型养殖模式、大型农场循环模式、园区产业循环型模式。希望能够促进养殖业、种植业、能源再生行业的综合发展,减少猪场粪污对环境的压力。2.规模化猪场粪污处理模式比较研究以"猪-沼-排放"模式处理的规模化养殖场中,最终排放的沼液经厌氧发酵对总氮和锌没有显著性影响。此种模式所产生的最后沼液没有达到国家畜禽场的粪污排放标准。而将沼液进行好氧氧化的"猪-沼-氧化-排放"处理后,最终排放的沼液中COD值、总磷、总氮均有显著降低(P0.05),但是仍然不符合国家要求的排放标准。结合土地资源和周围环境,本研究提出在土地集约型场高效养殖粪水处理模式下的猪场中,经过厌氧发酵、好氧氧化、生物降解等过程沼液中的COD、总磷、铜、锌等指标均极显著低于生产区(P0.01),结果低于国家畜禽场粪污排放标准和城市污水排放国家标准。结果表明该模式可以有效利用猪场防疫沟及剩余土地对沼液进行生物降解,处理沼液效果较好,实现猪场污水的良性循环。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the current mode of large-scale pig farm manure treatment and to explore the ideal model of large-scale pig farm manure treatment, this study investigated and analyzed 34 different types of pig farm biogas treatment methods in 5 regions of Jiangsu province by questionnaire. After that, 8 typical pig farms were randomly selected for sampling, and the chemical oxygen consumption of feces was analyzed comprehensively, such as COD, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, zinc, copper and so on. Finally, an ideal manure treatment model was put forward. The experiment was divided into two parts: 1. Investigation and analysis of the scale pig farm manure treatment model. At present, the treatment of dry manure is generally attached importance to in the scale pig breeding production in Jiangsu province. However, the treatment of sewage is generally paid attention to. The treatment levels are uneven. There are two main modes "pig-marsh-discharge" and "pig-marsh-oxidation-discharge", both of which make full use of anaerobic oxidation, Techniques such as fermentation. Although some indicators have been well improved, and even some have met the national secondary emission standards, pollution to the environment still exists. According to the land resources and the surrounding environment of the pig farm, the following three types of pig farm manure treatment models are put forward: the intensive farming mode, the large-scale farm circulation model, the industrial recycling model of the park, and the hope to promote the breeding industry. Comparative study on the treatment Mode of Pig-Marsh discharge in Large-scale breeding Farm, The final biogas effluent produced by anaerobic fermentation has no significant effect on total nitrogen and zinc. The final biogas produced by this model does not meet the national standards for excrement discharge from livestock and poultry farms. After the oxidation-emission treatment, The COD value, total phosphorus and total nitrogen in the final discharged biogas sludge were significantly reduced by P0.05N, but still did not meet the national standard of discharge, combining with the land resources and the surrounding environment, In this study, it was proposed that in the pig farm under the mode of highly efficient manure treatment in the land intensive farm, COD, TP, Cu in the biogas liquor could be treated by anaerobic fermentation, aerobic oxidation, biodegradation and so on. Zinc and other indexes were significantly lower than that of P0.01C in production areas, and the results were lower than the national standard for excrement discharge from livestock and poultry farms and the national standard for municipal sewage discharge. The results showed that the model could effectively use the epidemic prevention ditch of pig farm and the remaining land to biodegrade the biogas. The treatment effect of biogas liquid is better and the benign cycle of pig farm sewage is realized.
