不同来源的耕地调查数据以及耕地质量评价的对比分析研究

【摘要】:近年来,农业生产、农产品质量及食品安全、土地利用与规划等问题不断凸显出来,而通过全面了解耕地土壤情况,推进农业结构调整,促进农业可持续发展,加强耕地的保护、利用及管理,是解决问题的关键。本文通过对比研究农业部门和国土资源部门耕地调查数据以及耕地等级差变化趋势,来证实农业部门与国土资源部门数据可以进行整合并综合利用的可能性,对未来耕地土壤的改良与保护,耕地资源的高效利用以及合理规划提供真实、可靠的依据。本论文选取广西壮族自治区桂中地区M市的A镇、B镇、C镇、D镇作为研究对象。对比研究的重点主要是耕地及耕地质量等级数据的对比分析。农业部门耕地数据2005年开始调查,于2009年1月结束,耕地1893个图斑,44819.32公顷,其中灌溉水田636个,望天田7个,旱地1227个,菜地23个。国土资源部门耕地数据2007年开始调查,于2009年12月结束,其中耕地18706个,50742.9公顷,其中水田4867个,旱地13839个。对比研究主要是以ARCGIS10.2和EXCEL软件为平台,对耕地数据的空间图形及属性进行对比分析,统计两个部门耕地分类、质量等级等方面的地块个数及面积上的差异,以得到预期的对比分析结果。研究结果显示,耕地地力等级与国家级自然质量等别的对比中,等级差在一级以内的占71%,两级及两级以内的占96%;耕地地力等级与国家级土地利用等别对比,等级差在一级以内的占74.3%,两级及两级以内的占96.3%;耕地地力等级与国家级经济等别对比,等级差在一级以内的占73.85%,两级及两级以内的占97.15%;由此得出结论以上等级对比中耕地的相关等别基本一致。农业部门与国土资源部门对耕地的调查侧重点不同,地块的图斑数量及面积存在差异,但是在质量等级差异对比中发现,两个部门对耕地等级的评价在趋势上大体一致。结果显示,将两个部门的数据对比分析并整合加以利用,可以提高耕地土壤数据信息的现势性和综合利用效能,并为土地综合管理业务的指导、规划和管理等工作带来了直观、方便、快捷。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problems of agricultural production, quality of agricultural products and food safety, land use and planning have become increasingly prominent. Through comprehensive understanding of the situation of cultivated land and soil, we can promote the adjustment of agricultural structure and promote sustainable development of agriculture. Strengthening the protection, utilization and management of cultivated land is the key to solve the problem. To confirm the possibility of integrating and synthesizing data between the agricultural sector and the land and resources sector, and to provide a true picture for the future improvement and protection of cultivated land soil, the efficient use of cultivated land resources and rational planning. Reliable basis. In this paper, the author chooses A town and B town in M city of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region as the research object. The comparative study is mainly focused on the comparative analysis of cultivated land and cultivated land quality grade data. The survey of cultivated land data began on 2005. In January 2009, there were 1 893 plots of cultivated land (44819.32 hectares), of which 636 were irrigated paddy fields, 7 were wangtian fields, 1227 were drylands and 23 were vegetable fields. The investigation of cultivated land data in land and resources departments began on 2007 and ended on December 2009. Of these, 18,706 have 50742.9 hectares of cultivated land, of which 4867 are paddy fields and 13839 are drylands. The comparative study is mainly based on the software ARCGIS10.2 and EXCEL to compare and analyze the spatial patterns and attributes of cultivated land data, and to calculate the classification of cultivated land in two departments. The difference in the number and area of plots in terms of quality grade and so on, in order to obtain the expected results of comparative analysis. The results of the study show that in other comparisons, such as cultivated land fertility grade and national natural quality, 71th of the grade difference is within the first grade, 96 of the two levels and two levels; the farmland land use grade and the national land use, etc. 74.3% of the grade difference is within the first grade, 96.3% of the two levels and less than two levels; the arable land fertility grade is compared with the national economy, etc. 73.85 percent of the grade difference is within the first grade, 97.15 percent of the two levels and two levels. From this, it is concluded that the correlation of cultivated land in the above grade comparison is basically the same. The agricultural sector and the land and resources departments have different emphasis on the investigation of cultivated land. There are differences in the number and area of plots, but in the comparison of quality grade, it is found that the evaluation of cultivated land grade in the two departments is basically the same trend. The results show that the data of the two departments are compared and analyzed and integrated to make use of them. It can improve the present situation and comprehensive utilization efficiency of cultivated land soil data, and bring intuition, convenience and speed to the guidance, planning and management of land comprehensive management.
