基于离散元法的变量施肥机排肥器排肥过程仿真分析

【摘要】:我国作物施肥目前大多采用均一化施肥方式,肥料利用率偏低,氮、磷、钾等微量元素使用量比例失调,大量流失的化肥造成了资源的极大浪费的同时还对环境造成了极大的污染。根据区域、土壤特征、土壤中各种养分的分布、作物特性和产量,按照农艺中的要求采用精准变量施肥机械进按需求施肥,使农户获得最大化的经济效益和环保效益,研究用于基肥、种肥的棉花变量施肥技术及装备具有广泛的应用前景和重要的现实意义。本文在研究国内外变量施肥技术现状的基础上,依据离散元法分析计算的要求,通过对肥料颗粒的物理力学性能的测试分析,获得肥料颗粒的三维尺寸、粒密度,含水率、肥料颗粒的刚度系数、碰撞恢复系数等参数,并给出了其影响因素间的关系。阐述离散元法求解的基本原理,利用开发的基于离散元法的集成分析设计软件,对外槽轮式排肥器的工作过程进行仿真分析,通过对刚度系数、摩擦系数对排肥器工作过程和排肥能力的仿真,证明了离散元法分析肥料颗粒与农业装备相关机械部件接触作用的可行性、所建立的散粒物料与相关机械部件的离散元法分析模型和开发的集成分析设计软件的可用性及离散元法分析计算参数选取的合理性,为复杂结构和运动方式机械部件的离散元法仿真分析奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:At present, most of the crop fertilization in China adopts the uniform fertilization method, the fertilizer utilization rate is low, and the use ratio of trace elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and so on is out of balance. The mass loss of chemical fertilizers not only causes great waste of resources, but also causes great pollution to the environment. According to region, soil characteristics, distribution of nutrients in the soil, crop characteristics and yield, According to the requirements of agronomy, precision variable rate fertilization machinery is used to apply fertilizer according to demand, so as to maximize the economic and environmental benefits of farmers, so as to study the application of fertilizer to base fertilizer. The technology and equipment of variable-rate fertilization of cotton seed fertilizer have a wide application prospect and important practical significance. Based on the research of the present situation of variable-rate fertilization technology at home and abroad, the requirements of analysis and calculation based on discrete element method are presented in this paper. By testing and analyzing the physical and mechanical properties of fertilizer particles, the parameters such as three-dimensional size, particle density, moisture content, stiffness coefficient of fertilizer particles, collision recovery coefficient and so on are obtained. The basic principle of discrete element method (DEM) is expounded, and the working process of external grooves wheeled fertiliser is simulated and analyzed by using the integrated analysis and design software based on discrete element method (DEM), and the stiffness coefficient is analyzed. The simulation of friction coefficient on the working process and capacity of fertiliser proves that the discrete element method is feasible to analyze the contact effect between fertilizer particles and the mechanical components related to agricultural equipment. The analysis model of discrete element method and the availability of the integrated analysis and design software developed by the discrete element method and the reasonableness of the selection of the calculation parameters of the discrete element method are established. It lays a foundation for the simulation and analysis of complex structures and moving mechanical parts by discrete element method.
