堆肥过程中纤维素酶活与纤维素降解相关研究

【摘要】:采用室内小型堆肥反应器堆肥,测定CMC酶活性和β-葡萄糖苷水解酶活性,测定堆肥物料中纤维素、半纤维素和木质素相对含量,利用高效液相法测定葡萄糖和纤维二糖。结果表明,堆肥过程中,堆体温度前3 d迅速上升至45℃,进入高温期,维持8 d后进入降温期,最后与环境温度变化一致;β-葡萄糖苷水解酶活性第4天达最大值(1.482μmol p-Nitr·g-1DW·min-1),并在降温腐熟期维持在0.429~0.533μmol p-Nitr·g-1DW·min-1范围内;CMC酶活性变化趋势与β-葡萄糖苷水解酶活性相似,并在第7天达最大值(47.67μg glucose·g-1DW·min-1);纤维素和半纤维素降解趋势相似,均在高温期降解明显;木质素相对含量总体变化较小,且在降温腐熟期小幅增加。结果显示,CMC酶活性与纤维素和半纤维素降解呈正相关。
[Abstract]:The enzyme activities of CMC and 尾 -glucoside hydrolase were determined by composting in a small composting reactor, and the relative contents of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin in compost materials were determined.
