遥感和GIS在四川省中藏药川西獐牙菜适宜性分布研究中的应用

【摘要】:川西獐牙菜是一种珍稀的中藏药材,目前对于川西獐牙菜的研究主要集中在药用疗效和药用价值方面,而基于遥感与GIS适宜性分布研究较少。运用遥感和GIS技术来研究分析四川省川西獐牙菜适宜性分布区域,为野生资源保护开发、人工引种栽培以及调整四川省中药产业布局提供了科学依据。该研究在文献查阅和分析川西獐牙菜分布适宜性的海拔、年降水、年均温等生态因子基础上,基于遥感与GIS技术,获取生态因子、叠加分析、结合GPS野外验证数据,对四川省川西獐牙菜的适宜性分布区域进行了研究。(1)川西獐牙菜在四川省适宜分布面积为1 543.749 km2,主要分布在德格县、甘孜县、道孚县、康定县、马尔康市、金川县、小金县、丹巴县、稻城县、乡城县、新龙县、阿坝县、木里县等县市,占该区县市总面积的7.25%;(2)相关资料以及野外实地验证调查发现,通过GIS得到的川西獐牙菜适宜分布区域与实际分布情况基本吻合。研究表明基于遥感与GIS技术提取川西獐牙菜适宜分布区是可行的,可以应用到其他道地珍稀中药材的适宜性分布区域研究。
[Abstract]:Swertia Swertia is a rare medicinal material in China. At present, the research on Swertia mustii is mainly focused on its medicinal efficacy and value. Based on remote sensing and GIS suitability distribution, remote sensing and GIS techniques were used to study and analyze the suitable distribution area of Swertia mussii in Sichuan Province, which was used to protect and develop wild resources. Artificial introduction and cultivation as well as adjusting the layout of traditional Chinese medicine industry in Sichuan province provide scientific basis. This study is based on remote sensing and GIS technology, based on the analysis of ecological factors, such as altitude, annual precipitation, annual mean temperature, and so on, which are suitable for the distribution of Swertia mussii in Sichuan. Ecological factors were obtained, superposition analysis and GPS field verification data were used to study the suitable distribution area of Swertia Swertia in Sichuan Province. The suitable distribution area was 1 543.749 km ~ 2 in Sichuan Province, which was mainly distributed in Dege County and Ganzi County. Daofu County, Kangding County, Malkang City, Jinchuan County, Xiaojin County, Danba County, Daocheng County, Xiangcheng County, Xinlong County, Aba County, Muli County, and other counties and cities, accounting for 7.25% of the total area of the counties and cities in this area, as well as field verification and investigation findings. The results showed that it was feasible to extract the suitable distribution area of Swertia mustioris based on remote sensing and GIS technology. It can be applied to the regional study on the suitability distribution of other rare Chinese medicinal materials.
