特大城市周边地区农村环境影响因素研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,随着社会经济的快速发展和农村改革的不断深入,在城镇化和新农村建设推进过程中,不管是小城镇还是没有被城镇化的农村都出现了环境问题。目前,我国已经进入了建设美丽中国的新时期,农村环境问题尤为突出,近几年也受到国家的重视。但是农村环境保护的态势仍旧很严重,在特大城市周边地区的农村,它的发展深深地受到了城市发展的辐射、吸引。在特大城市周边地区农村快速发展的同时,农村的环境也出现了许多不和谐因素,如农村城镇化中小城镇的环境与人民的需求不匹配,未被城镇化的传统农村的环境和谐被破坏,这些都是困扰我国城镇化发展的问题。首先特大城市周边地区农村由于受到特大城市城中心的辐射和吸引,较其他城市农村而言展现出了不同的特点,在城镇化的这个大背景下,依据城镇化进程中农村的不同形态将农村分为小城镇、“空心村”和传统农村。再者针对农村的分类分别探讨农村环境的影响因素。根据因素研究的一些原则并结合文献研究和专家打分两种研究方法探讨出小城镇的环境影响因素由经济因素(4个指标)、规划因素(3个指标)、发展因素(4个指标)和社会因素(4个指标)构成。“空心村”的环境影响因素由经济因素(3个指标)、制度因素(4个指标)、社会因素(5个指标)构成。传统农村环境影响因素由生活因素(3个指标)、生产因素(3个指标)、设施因素(4个指标)、环保意识因素(3个指标)、环境管理因素(2个指标)构成。最后对天津农村进行问卷调研,研究其农村环境影响因素。问卷设计紧紧围绕获取特大城市周边地区农村环境影响因素这一目标进行,从问卷数据处理结果中可以看出天津农村三种形态中环境影响因素的影响程度排序,并依据排序给出了今后农村环境建设的一些建议。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of social economy and the deepening of rural reform, environmental problems have emerged in the process of urbanization and new rural construction, whether small towns or villages that have not been urbanized. At present, China has entered a new period of building a beautiful China, the rural environmental problems are particularly prominent, and in recent years, the state has also attached importance to them. However, the situation of rural environmental protection is still very serious, in the rural areas around mega-cities, Its development has been deeply influenced by the radiation of urban development and attracted by the rapid development of rural areas around mega-cities. At the same time, many disharmonious factors have also appeared in the rural environment. For example, the environment of small and medium-sized cities and towns in rural areas does not match the needs of the people, and the environmental harmony of the traditional rural areas, which has not been urbanized, has been destroyed. These are the problems that haunt the development of urbanization in our country. First of all, the rural areas around mega-cities show different characteristics compared with other urban and rural areas because of the radiation and attraction from megacities. Under the background of urbanization, The rural areas are divided into small towns, "hollow villages" and traditional rural areas according to different forms of rural areas in the process of urbanization. Furthermore, the factors affecting the rural environment are discussed according to the classification of rural areas. The environmental impact factors of small towns are composed of economic factors (4 indicators), planning factors (3 indicators), development factors (4 indicators) and social factors (4 indicators). " The environmental factors of hollow villages are composed of economic factors (3 indicators), institutional factors (4 indicators) and social factors (5 indicators). Traditional rural environmental factors are composed of life factors (3 indicators) and production factors (3 indicators). The factors of environmental protection awareness (3 indicators) and environmental management factors (2 indicators) are as follows. Finally, a questionnaire survey was carried out in the rural areas of Tianjin. The questionnaire design revolves around the goal of obtaining rural environmental impact factors in the surrounding areas of mega-cities. From the results of questionnaire data processing, we can see the degree of influence of environmental factors in three forms of rural areas in Tianjin, and give some suggestions for the construction of rural environment in the future.
