[Abstract]:First of all, the question of cultivated land is a basic resource necessary for human survival. A correct and comprehensive understanding of the value of cultivated land resources is a prerequisite for the sustainable use and protection of cultivated land. The per capita occupied land area in China is only 0.8 hectares. Less than a third of the world's per capita level (about 2.67 hectares); the per capita cultivated land area is only about 0.093 hectares, less than 40 percent of the world's per capita arable land. Under the severe situation of resource scarcity, the urbanization process, Large projects such as water conservancy projects occupy a large amount of cultivated land but do not bring the social value and ecological value of cultivated land into the compensation system.
