钝化剂对猪粪厌氧发酵产气特性及重金属含量的影响

【摘要】:为了减少重金属污染,文章在猪粪厌氧发酵过程中添加钝化剂,探讨钝化剂对甲烷含量、重金属含量的影响,以期为减少重金属污染提供有效途径。笔者选用钝化剂种类、钝化剂浓度及温度3个因素,每个因素取3个水平,采用正交设计的方法,对猪粪进行厌氧发酵。结果表明:影响猪粪厌氧发酵甲烷含量的因素主次顺序为:钝化剂种类、温度、钝化剂浓度,甲烷含量最高的处理为采用7.5%浓度的活性炭钝化剂,在35℃条件下反应的处理组合;影响猪粪厌氧发酵后重金属Cu含量的因素主次顺为:温度、钝化剂种类、钝化剂浓度,Cu含量减少最多的处理为温度为25℃,5%浓度粉煤灰钝化剂的处理组合;影响猪粪厌氧发酵后重金属Zn含量的因素主次顺为钝化剂种类、温度、钝化剂浓度,Zn含量减少最多的处理为:5%浓度的粉煤灰钝化剂,温度为25℃的处理组合。猪粪厌氧发酵后,各组试验中沼渣中重金属含量均降低,沼液中重金属含量均增加,大多数组重金属总的含量减小。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce heavy metal pollution, the effects of passivating agent on methane content and heavy metal content in pig manure anaerobic fermentation were discussed in order to provide an effective way to reduce heavy metal pollution. The concentration and temperature of passivating agent were taken at 3 levels for each factor, and the anaerobic fermentation of pig manure was carried out by orthogonal design. The results showed that the main and secondary factors affecting methane content in anaerobic fermentation of pig manure were the types of passivating agents. The treatment of temperature, concentration of passivating agent and the highest content of methane is the treatment combination of activated carbon passivating agent of 7.5% concentration at 35 鈩,
