河北省谷物虚拟水贸易研究

【摘要】:河北省极度缺水的问题将威胁它作为中国粮食生产省份之一。为了分析河北省水资源稀缺的情况,笔者计算了该省2009年至2013年的玉米、稻米和麦子的虚拟水贸易(进口/出口)。此外,笔者将审查河北省玉米、稻米和麦子国内进出口两来分析每种谷物贸易的年度水储蓄和损失。河北省2009年至2013年玉米、稻米和麦子的虚拟水计算结果现实这三种谷物每年进出口量导致虚拟水资源的净损失等于25,140,987,784立方米。作为水资源占用量的指标,河北省5年期间内的谷物虚拟水贸易表明省内玉米和麦子每年生产盈余增长导致河北省农业里的一个不可持续的水资源占用量趋势。鉴于河北省的水短缺多年来恶化了,虚拟水贸易的应用可以提供给河北省缺水森体一个可持续的解决方案,就是重组省内农业生产结构更适合当地水资源禀赋。虽然,虚拟水概念尚未在中国水安全策略被接受,笔者认为虚拟水贸易在未来的水资源管理策略起重要作用。
[Abstract]:The extreme shortage of water in Hebei will threaten it as one of China's grain-producing provinces.In order to analyze the scarcity of water resources in Hebei Province, the authors calculated the virtual water trade (import / export) of maize, rice and wheat from 2009 to 2013 in Hebei Province.In addition, the author will examine the domestic import and export of corn, rice and wheat in Hebei Province to analyze the annual water savings and losses of each grain trade.Virtual Water calculation for Maize, Rice and Wheat from 2009 to 2013 in Hebei Province, the net loss of virtual water resources caused by these three grains per year was 25140987784 cubic meters.As an indicator of water resource consumption, the grain virtual water trade in Hebei Province during the past five years indicates that the annual surplus of corn and wheat production in Hebei Province leads to an unsustainable trend of water consumption in agriculture in Hebei Province.In view of the deterioration of water shortage in Hebei Province for many years, the application of virtual water trade can provide a sustainable solution to water shortage in Hebei Province, which is to reorganize the agricultural production structure of Hebei Province more suitable for local water resources endowment.Although the concept of virtual water has not been accepted in China, the author thinks that virtual water trade plays an important role in the future water resources management strategy.
