数字粮库中便携式智能检测终端的研制

【摘要】:粮食的安全存储是关乎国计民生的大问题,对于一个国家而言意义重大而深远。为了确保粮食的安全存储,粮情测控系统正在得到广泛应用。借助该系统,粮仓管理员能够及时掌握粮仓内部的粮情信息,一旦发现异常,立刻采取相应处理措施可最大限度降低损失。调研发现,由于目前国内的粮情测控系统普遍存在着过分依赖计算机终端、组网复杂、故障诊断难度大和成本高等缺点,便携式检测终端正逐步走入测控应用舞台。针对现有便携式检测终端多存在功能简单、采集方式单一、处理速度慢、界面显示效果差等问题,本文结合ARM嵌入式技术、无线通信技术和数据容错技术等,研制了一种用于数字粮库粮情检测的便携式智能检测终端。该终端由数据存储管理、触摸屏显示、数据采集等功能模块构成,涉及的主要研究工作概括如下。(1)针对单总线数字温度传感器DS18820地址码易受外界干扰而丢失的问题,在对其实现编号功能的基础上,提出了一种在线检错纠错方法。经现场实测,该方法能够诊断和排除电缆的故障类型,保障电缆的有效使用。(2)针对无线射频模块通信过程中存在的数据包丢失、重复以及失序等问题,结合CRC校验技术和超时重传技术,设计了一种应用层通信扩展协议。经现场实测,该协议能够提升无线通信的可靠性、降低丢包率,并彻底消除数据重复和失序的现象。(3)通过移植μC/OS-Ⅲ操作系统和μC/GUI图形用户界面系统,并结合STM32固件库,设计的触摸屏显示模块能够提供丰富的操作功能,使得人机交互更为方便、快捷。(4)终端能够实现有线和无线两种方式的数据采集。有线方式可以实现8个通道的温度传感器和2个通道的湿度传感器的数据采集;无线方式主要是通过无线射频模块采集测控分机上连接的传感器节点,可以实现16个通道的温度传感器和2个通道的湿度传感器的数据采集。本文研制的便携式智能检测终端,不但克服了现有类似产品存在的不足,而且作为粮情测控系统的有益补充,提高了测控工作的灵活性。目前,该终端已在数字粮库中推广应用,大量现场测试结果表明,所有功能正常稳定,能够有效提高粮仓的管理效率,对粮食的安全存储工作具有十分重要的应用价值。
[Abstract]:The safe storage of grain is a big problem related to national economy and people's livelihood, which is of great significance to a country.In order to ensure the safe storage of grain, grain situation measurement and control system is widely used.With the help of the system, the granary administrator can grasp the grain situation information in time, and once the anomaly is found, the corresponding measures can be taken to minimize the loss.It is found that because of the disadvantages of over-reliance on computer terminal, complex network, high difficulty of fault diagnosis and high cost, portable detection terminal is gradually entering the application stage of measurement and control.In view of the problems of simple function, single acquisition mode, slow processing speed and poor interface display effect in the existing portable detection terminals, this paper combines ARM embedded technology, wireless communication technology and data fault-tolerant technology, etc.A portable intelligent detection terminal for grain condition detection in digital grain depot is developed.The terminal is composed of function modules such as data storage management, touch screen display, data acquisition and so on. The main research work involved is as follows: 1) aiming at the problem that the DS18820 address code of single bus digital temperature sensor is easily lost by outside interference,On the basis of realizing the numbering function, an online error detection and correction method is proposed.The field measurement shows that this method can diagnose and eliminate the fault type of cable and ensure the effective use of cable. It can solve the problems of packet loss, repetition and disorder in the communication process of radio frequency module.An application layer communication extension protocol is designed based on CRC verification and timeout retransmission.Field measurement shows that the protocol can improve the reliability of wireless communication, reduce packet loss rate, and eliminate data duplication and disorder completely.
