长期施肥对土壤黏粒级复合体表面电荷性质的影响

【摘要】:以长期定位施肥土壤为研究对象,依据Mehlich法测定土壤黏粒级复合体的表面电荷,分析其表面电荷性质的变化。结果表明:长期单施化肥会导致土壤黏粒级复合体的总负电荷(CEC8.2)下降,且N肥单施或N肥配施的CEC_(8.2)下降幅度较大,说明长期单施或配施N肥的土壤有机质含量和pH低,其黏粒级复合体的CEC_(8.2)含量也低。N、K单施或N、K肥配施使永久负电荷(CECP)偏低,配施有机物料的CECP则较高。CM2与CM1组各相同处理间的CECP进行比较,差异不明显。与单施化肥相比,添加有机物料增加了土壤的有机质含量,提高了土壤pH,使可变负电荷(CECV)含量高于单施化肥组,而阴离子交换量(AEC)含量低于单施化肥组。相关分析显示:土壤CEC_(8.2)与有机质和pH均呈显著正相关,CECV与土壤有机质和pH呈极显著正相关,AEC与土壤有机质和pH分别呈显著和极显著负相关,净负电荷量与土壤有机质和pH均呈显著正相关,最大负电荷量与土壤有机质和pH均不相关。
[Abstract]:The surface charge of soil clay complex was measured by Mehlich method and the change of surface charge property was analyzed.The results showed that long-term application of chemical fertilizer alone could decrease the total negative charge (CEC8.2) of soil clay grade complex, and the decrease of CEC8. 2) in N fertilizer alone or in combination with N fertilizer was larger, which indicated that the soil organic matter content and pH of soil were low when N fertilizer was applied alone or in combination for a long time.Compared with single fertilizer application, adding organic materials increased soil organic matter content, increased soil pH, made the content of variable negative charge CECVV higher than that of single fertilizer group, and the anion exchange capacity (AEC) content was lower than that of single fertilizer application group.Correlation analysis showed that soil CECJ 8.2) was positively correlated with soil organic matter and pH, and the correlation between CECV and soil organic matter and pH was very significant. AEC was significantly and extremely significantly negatively correlated with soil organic matter and pH, respectively.The net negative charge was positively correlated with soil organic matter and pH, but the maximum negative charge was not correlated with soil organic matter and pH.
