秸秆还田配施微生物菌剂与有机肥施用对黑土微生物量碳的影响

【摘要】:为研究在"三分法"大垄深松耕作的基础上,施加秸秆还田配施微生物菌剂及有机肥对土壤微生物生物量碳的影响,在东北农业大学试验基地玉米种植模式下设置了田间试验。试验设5个处理,分别为大垄、大垄配施有机肥、大垄秸秆还田、大垄秸秆还田配施纤维素分解菌、大垄秸秆还田配施生物表面活性剂。经过2年的田间取样,测定玉米不同生育时期土壤微生物量碳含量。试验结果表明,在大垄深松的情况下,施用有机肥和秸秆还田均可提高土壤微生物量碳含量,年平均量提高了23.04%、25.13%,且达显著水平;在大垄秸秆还田的基础上配施纤维素分解菌菌剂和生物表面活性剂,在玉米生育后期即灌浆期、成熟期对土壤微生物量碳影响显著,与大垄秸秆还田不配施菌剂处理相比,微生物量碳年平均量增加了14.82%、26.70%,表明秸秆还田配施微生物菌剂具有更大的生态效益;2010、2011年试验,二者呈现相似结果,与对照比较2011年不同处理土壤微生物量碳含量的增加更为明显。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of straw returning and organic fertilizer on soil microbial biomass carbon on the basis of "three-way" big ridge and deep pine tillage, a field experiment was carried out in the maize planting model of Northeast Agricultural University.Five treatments were set up in the experiment, which were big ridge, big ridge with organic fertilizer, big ridge straw returning field, big ridge straw returning field with cellulose decomposing bacteria, big ridge straw returning field with biosurfactant.After 2 years of field sampling, soil microbial biomass carbon content was determined at different growing stages of maize.The results showed that the application of organic fertilizer and straw could increase the soil microbial biomass carbon content under the condition of deep ridging and loosening, and the annual average amount was increased by 23.04 ~ 25.13%, and reached a significant level.On the basis of applying cellulose decomposing bacteria and biosurfactant on the basis of returning big ridge straw to the field, the effect on soil microbial biomass carbon was significant at the late growing stage of maize, that is, the filling stage, and the mature stage, compared with the treatment without the application of fungicides on the big ridge straw returning to the field.The average amount of microbial biomass carbon increased by 14.82% and 26.70% per year, which indicated that the application of microbial fungicides in straw returning to the field had more ecological benefit than that in 2010 and 2011. The results showed that the two treatments showed similar results, and the increase of microbial biomass carbon content in different treatments in 2011 was more obvious than that of the control.
