农田参和伐林参根际土壤酶指标与化学成分比较

【摘要】:以不同栽培模式的人参及其根际土壤为研究对象,运用典型相关分析方法,对农田参、伐林参中总皂苷、总多糖、总蛋白和总氨基酸等主要有效成分的积累与土壤过氧化氢酶、脲酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶活性的关系进行了分析。结果表明:农田栽培模式下,土壤蔗糖酶活性、磷酸酶活性与人参总皂苷含量、总蛋白质含量和总氨基酸含量呈极显著的负相关关系,过氧化氢酶活性与人参总皂苷含量、人参总多糖含量和总蛋白质含量呈极显著负相关关系;伐林栽培模式下,土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶和磷酸酶活性与人参总皂苷含量和总氨基酸含量呈极显著的负相关关系,土壤过氧化氢酶和磷酸酶活性与人参总皂苷含量、人参总多糖和总蛋白质含量呈极显著的负相关关系。表明这几种酶的活性与人参有效成分之间的关系最密切。结合其它养分因子,综合土壤酶活性指标可以作为评价土壤肥力的一个重要生物活性指标,适当调节土壤酶活性,能够加速土壤中各类物质的循环与转化,增加有效成分的积累,从而提高产量与质量。
[Abstract]:The accumulation of total saponins, total polysaccharides, total protein and total amino acids and catalase in soil of Panax ginseng and its rhizosphere soil were studied by canonical correlation analysis.The relationship between urease, phosphatase and sucrase activity was analyzed.The results showed that soil sucrase activity and phosphatase activity were negatively correlated with total ginsenoside content, total protein content and total amino acid content, while catalase activity was negatively correlated with total ginsenoside content.There was a very significant negative correlation between total polysaccharide content and total protein content in ginseng, and a very significant negative correlation between soil invertase, urease and phosphatase activity and total saponins content and total amino acid content under cutting cultivation model.The activities of soil catalase and phosphatase were negatively correlated with the content of total ginsenoside, total polysaccharide and total protein of Panax ginseng.The results showed that the activity of these enzymes was most closely related to the active components of ginseng.Combined with other nutrient factors, comprehensive soil enzyme activity index can be used as an important biological activity index to evaluate soil fertility, adjust soil enzyme activity properly, and accelerate the circulation and transformation of all kinds of substances in soil.Increase the accumulation of active ingredients, thereby improving yield and quality.
