木醋液对滨海盐土解磷真菌Apophysomyces sp.SM-1生长代谢及其溶磷效果的影响

【摘要】:为缓解不溶性磷酸盐累积造成的盐碱土壤板结问题,从江苏滨海盐碱土壤中筛选到一株具有较强溶磷能力的真菌菌株SM-1,并初步鉴定为Apophysomyces sp.,同时考察了木醋液对该菌生长及溶磷效果的影响。结果表明,木醋液的添加能够显著影响菌株SM-1的生长,添加量为0.1%的木醋液是其最适宜的生长浓度。菌株SM-1对不同磷源有着不同的分解能力,其中对磷酸三钙的分解能力最佳,培养基中水溶磷含量由93 mg·L~(-1)提高到246.9 mg·L~(-1)。木醋液对供试磷源没有分解效果,但添加木醋液则能够显著提高菌株对磷矿粉的分解能力,培养基中水溶磷含量由79 mg·L~(-1)提高到115.3 mg·L~(-1),而对磷酸三钙的分解能力与单独接入菌株SM-1的效果相当。这预示着菌株SM-1与木醋液混合使用在改善盐碱化土壤肥力方面具有很好的应用前景。
[Abstract]:In order to alleviate the problem of saline alkali soil compaction caused by the accumulation of insoluble phosphate, selected from Jiangsu coastal saline soil to fungal strain SM-1 strain has strong capacity of dissolving phosphorus, and was identified as Apophysomyces sp., we also investigated the effect of wood vinegar on growth and phosphorus dissolving effect of the bacteria. The results showed that wood vinegar the addition can significantly affect the growth of strain SM-1, adding 0.1% wood vinegar is the most suitable growth concentration. Strain SM-1 has a decomposition ability to different phosphorus sources, the calcium phosphate decomposition ability of the best base, water soluble phosphorus content by 93 Mg - L~ (-1) to improve the training 246.9 Mg - L~ (-1). The tested phosphorus source without decomposition effect of wood vinegar, but add wood vinegar can significantly improve the decomposition ability of strains for phosphate rock, medium water soluble phosphorus content from 79 mg L~ medium (-1) increased to 115.3 Mg - L~ (-1), and to three phosphoric acid The decomposition ability of calcium is similar to the effect of SM-1 alone. This indicates that the combination of strain SM-1 and wood vinegar has a good application prospect in improving saline alkali soil fertility.
