基于ARM的农田图像采集器设计

【摘要】:农田监控是现代农业智能化和信息化的重要标志,如何及时获取田间农作物的长势信息是首先需要解决的问题。据统计,无法及时获得农田长势信息是影响农作物产量的重要因素之一。因此,为农田地块之间配备先进的农田图像采集设备已经成为必然趋势。农田图像采集器,利用了嵌入式系统技术、总线通信技术、传感器技术、图像转换技术、自动控制技术而构建一套综合性采集系统。该系统可以对农田长势信息进行数据采集,实时查询,以及对数据的存储和备份,为农田管理部门提供有效的、稳定的农田田间信息,方便其及时的管理和调度,从而大幅度减少因农田田间信息不足而导致的粮食产量降低的概率。图像采集器采用嵌入式技术,设计了采集器的硬件和软件,设计了业务终端软件。采集器的硬件采用天嵌核心板加底板组合的方式。核心板控制芯片采用四核ARM芯片imax6q。硬件设计部分包括控制子系统,状态监测子系统,扩展子系统的设计。其中,每个系统部分包含多个接口电路。采集器的软件基于Linux系统,使用多线程技术。采集器业务软件基于VS2012软件编写,具有图像显示,控制云台运动等功能。实现了对农田图像采集器站点的各个气象要素的实时监测与查询,从而方便管理人员对农田图像数据的管理。本文设计了一种农田图像采集器,并且对设备进行了制作。对试验设备的预定功能进行了测试,测试结果证明,文中所设计的农田图像采集器具有功耗低,使用方便,便于功能扩展等优良特性,适合使用于野外农田环境中。最后,对于在测试过程中发现的问题,提出了处理的方案和解决办法。
[Abstract]:Farmland monitoring is an important symbol of modern agricultural intelligence and information. How to obtain the growing information of field crops in time is the first problem to be solved. According to statistics, the lack of timely access to farmland growth information is one of the important factors affecting crop yield. Therefore, the installation of advanced farmland image acquisition equipment between farmland plots has become an inevitable trend. A comprehensive collection system is constructed by using embedded system technology, bus communication technology, sensor technology, image conversion technology and automatic control technology. The system can collect data, query in real time, store and back up the data, provide effective and stable farmland field information for farmland management department, and facilitate its timely management and scheduling. Therefore, the probability of grain yield decrease caused by the lack of field information is greatly reduced. The embedded technology is used in the image collector, the hardware and software of the collector are designed, and the terminal software is designed. The hardware of the collector adopts the combination of sky-embedded core board and bottom plate. The core board control chip adopts four core ARM chip imax6q. The hardware design includes control subsystem, condition monitoring subsystem and extended subsystem. Each system part includes a plurality of interface circuits. The software of the collector is based on Linux system and multithread technology is used. The business software of the collector is based on VS2012 software. It can display images and control the movement of cloud head. The real-time monitoring and querying of the meteorological elements in the farmland image acquisition station is realized, which is convenient for the management of the farmland image data. In this paper, a kind of farmland image collector is designed, and the equipment is made. The test results show that the farmland image collector designed in this paper has the advantages of low power consumption, convenient use and easy function expansion, so it is suitable for use in the field environment. Finally, the solutions to the problems found in the testing process are put forward.
