离子型稀土矿土壤有效孔径及其分布参数的测试方法

【摘要】:掌握离子型稀土矿体的孔隙结构特征对于分析浸矿效率和开采周期具有重要意义。假设离子型稀土矿土壤孔径服从对数正太分布,运用毛细管模型建立溶液在土壤中穿透曲线的计算公式,提出土壤有效孔径及其分布参数的测试方法,试验测试了赣南某离子型稀土矿体的原矿重塑样和筛分样重塑样的有效孔径。测试结果表明,当矿样孔隙度为44.4%时,相对于粒径范围0.075~0.09mm的筛分样重塑样,原矿重塑样的平均有效孔径和有效孔隙度大,分别为1.14倍和1.90倍,但两者的孔径分布参数基本相同。
[Abstract]:It is important to understand the pore structure characteristics of ion rare earth ore bodies for analyzing leaching efficiency and mining cycle. Assuming the distribution of soil pore size from logarithmic space in ion-type rare earth ore, the capillary model was used to establish the formula for calculating the penetration curve of solution in soil, and the measurement method of soil effective pore size and its distribution parameters was put forward. The effective pore size of the raw ore remolding sample and the screening sample remolding sample of an ionic rare earth orebody in south Jiangxi were tested. The test results show that when the porosity of the ore sample is 44.4, the average effective pore size and effective porosity of the remolded sample are 1.14 and 1.90 times, respectively, compared with the sample remolded by 0.075~0.09mm in the particle size range, but the pore size distribution parameters of the two samples are basically the same.
