积水条件对若尔盖典型高寒沼泽碳氮垂直分布的影响

【摘要】:通过野外样品采集和室内测定分析,对若尔盖季节性积水和常年积水沼泽土壤有机碳与氮含量的垂直分布进行研究。结果表明:在0~200 cm土层内,常年积水沼泽的有机碳含量为270.174 g/kg,氮含量为11.963 g/kg;季节性积水沼泽碳含量为212.066 g/kg,氮含量为10.824g/kg;季节性积水沼泽的平均碳、氮含量均低于常年积水沼泽。在0~60 cm土层,2种沼泽的各层次有机碳含量无显著差异,均表现为下降趋势;在60~110 cm土层,2种沼泽的有机碳含量呈现不同程度的增加,但常年积水沼泽有机碳含量增加幅度与速率均明显大于季节性积水沼泽;在110~200 cm土层,含碳量变化趋于相对稳定,但同等深度下常年积水沼泽的含碳量明显高于季节性积水沼泽。在泥炭表、中层(0~110 cm),季节性积水沼泽氮含量常年积水沼泽;而在泥炭底层(110~200 cm),季节性积水沼泽氮含量常年积水沼泽。有机碳和氮含量数据表明,在常年积水沼泽向季节性积水沼泽演变过程中,有机碳含量呈现一定趋势的减小,湿地的碳汇功能发生了变化。
[Abstract]:The vertical distribution of soil organic carbon and nitrogen content in Zoige seasonal hydrops and perennial stagnant swamps was studied by field sampling and laboratory analysis. The results showed that the organic carbon content and nitrogen content were 270.174 g / kg, 11.963 g / kg, 212.066 g / kg and 10.824 g / kg, respectively. There was no significant difference in organic carbon content in all layers of the two types of swamps in 0 ~ 60 cm soil layer, and the organic carbon contents of the two kinds of swamps in the soil layer of 60 ~ 110 cm were increased in different degrees. However, the increasing range and rate of organic carbon content in perennial stagnant swamps are obviously larger than those in seasonal ponds, and the change of carbon content tends to be relatively stable in 110 ~ 200 cm soil layer. But at the same depth, the carbon content of perennial stagnant swamps is obviously higher than that of seasonal stagnant swamps. On the peat table, the nitrogen content of the seasonal stagnant marsh is 110 cm ~ (-1), while that of the peat bottom is 110 ~ 200 cm ~ (-1). The organic carbon and nitrogen content data showed that the organic carbon content decreased and the carbon sink function of the wetland changed during the evolution from the perennial stagnant swamps to the seasonal waterlogged swamps.
