适于果园深施有机肥开沟装置设计

【摘要】:在果园的管理过程中,合理施肥是增加土壤肥力、提高水果产量及品质的重要基础,而开沟是施肥作业实施的必要前提。为此,综合考虑新疆果园种植模式特点,针对果园施肥过程中人工进行开沟作业存在的劳动强度大、作业效率低等问题,设计了一种开沟装置,其主要由机架、刀盘总成、导流罩及传动系统等组成,实现了果园施肥作业过程中的机械化开沟。田间试验表明:该机具作业速度1.6km/h,开沟深度410mm,开沟宽度2 8 0 mm,生产率0.6 hm~2/h,具有结构简单、性能稳定、制造成本低及开沟质量好等特点。
[Abstract]:In the process of orchard management, rational fertilization is an important basis for increasing soil fertility and improving fruit yield and quality. Therefore, considering the characteristics of orchard planting mode in Xinjiang, aiming at the problems of high labor intensity and low working efficiency in manmade grooving in orchard fertilization process, a trench opening device is designed, which is mainly composed of machine frame and cutter head assembly. The mechanized trench in the process of fertilization in orchard is realized by the composition of diversion cover and transmission system. The field test shows that the machine has the advantages of simple structure, stable performance, low manufacturing cost and good quality of ditching, with a speed of 1.6 km / h, a depth of 410 mm, a width of 280 mm and a productivity of 0.6 h / h.
