AMBR-MABR耦合工艺处理模拟畜禽养殖废水的启动和运行

【摘要】:研究了AMBR-MABR处理模拟畜禽养殖废水的启动过程和成熟污泥的特征。通过在AMBR厌氧格室和MABR格室分别接种ABR-MABR对应格室中的污泥,然后固定停留时间、逐步升高进水负荷进行AMBR-MABR的启动。83 d后,AMBR-MABR的有机负荷(OLR)(以COD计)达到7.5 kg·(m3·d)-1,COD、NH+4-N和总氮去除率分别可达83.96%、37.56%和38.29%,反应器启动成功。启动成功后,AMBR-MABR污泥的浓度在17.5~30.0 g·L-1之间;厌氧格室污泥的粒径为0.25~0.74 mm,曝气格室污泥的粒径均为0.18 mm。AMBR-MABR中各格室的污泥表面凹凸不平,疏松多孔,主要由杆状菌、球状菌、念珠状菌及胞外聚合物(EPS)等组成,EPS主要为多糖、蛋白质和溶解性微生物代谢产物,富里酸和腐殖酸的含量较少。反应器中微生物种类丰富,微生物群落可以分为3类:第1类为Ⅰ、Ⅵ格室;第2类为Ⅱ、Ⅲ格室;第3类为Ⅳ、Ⅴ格室,这与PCA分析的结果一致。
[Abstract]:The start-up process and mature sludge characteristics of simulated livestock and poultry wastewater treated with AMBR-MABR were studied. Sludge was inoculated in the AMBR anaerobic compartment and the MABR compartment, respectively, and the residence time was fixed. The organic load of AMBR-MABR (measured by COD) reached 7.5 kg / m ~ 3 / d ~ (-1) COD NH _ 4-N and removal efficiency of total nitrogen reached 83.96% ~ 37.56% and 38.29% respectively. The reactor was successfully started.
