库尔勒香梨气候品质评价指标及模型的研究

【摘要】:农产品气候品质认证,主要针对初级农产品或粗加工产品,为避免农产品在生产、贮藏、加工、流通过程中产生的信息不对称,气象部门作为“第三方”通过公开的认证程序为农产品市场销售提供信用支撑,有助于减少消费者购买成本,打造新型农产品品牌,加快农产品市场流通速度,提高农业产出值,助力地方经济发展。目前国内梨果实气候品质认证种类少、门槛高、发展不完善,使大多企业及农户望而却步,市场迫切需要门槛低、针对性强、评价系统完善的认证体系出现。因此,本文通过分析不同颜色系数对香梨外观品质的影响,建立了香梨果实外观品质评价体系;并通过分析不同气象因子与香梨果实内在品质的关系,建立了香梨果实内在品质评价体系。结果表明:(1)库尔勒香梨果实外观品质与颜色系数的关系。运用主成分分析法筛选出的果实颜色评价因子是a、Hue (色调值)、Brightness (色光值)、a/b (从黄色逐渐加深至趋近于红色的程度)。将果实颜色评价标准统一划分为4个等级,分别为特优、优、良和一般,则2015年库尔勒香梨的果实颜色等级认证结果为:特优13.75%,优57.5%,良18.75%,一般10%。经过验证,平均分级一致度为94.75%,能够满足水果按颜色分级的要求。(2)库尔勒香梨果实内在品质与气象因子的关系。单果重的主要影响因子是5月气温日较差和5月相对湿度。果形指数的主要影响因子是5月日平均气温和9月相对湿度。果实硬度的主要影响因子是67月月平均气温和8月气温日较差。可溶性固形物的主要影响因子是7月气温日较差和相对湿度,8月日平均气温和相对湿度,9月日平均最低气温。(3) 2015年库尔勒市各园艺场香梨气候品质评价结果为哈拉苏园艺场良好,上户镇园艺场良好,沙依东园艺场优。经验证,2015年库尔勒市遭遇冰雹、高温热害、大风天气等气象灾害,对库尔勒香梨气候品质认证结果有严重影响,即最终认证结果与往年相比等级偏低,符合实际情况。
[Abstract]:Climate quality certification of agricultural products, mainly aimed at primary agricultural products or rough products, in order to avoid asymmetric information generated in the production, storage, processing and circulation of agricultural products, The meteorological department, as a "third party", provides credit support for the marketing of agricultural products through an open certification process, which helps to reduce consumer purchase costs, create new agricultural product brands, and speed up the circulation of agricultural products. Raise agricultural output value, help local economy development. At present, the domestic pear fruit climate quality certification type is few, the threshold is high, the development is not perfect, causes the majority enterprise and the peasant household to be deterred, the market urgently needs the threshold to be low, the pertinence is strong, the appraisal system perfect authentication system appears. Therefore, by analyzing the influence of different color coefficients on the appearance quality of fragrant pear, the evaluation system of fruit appearance quality of fragrant pear was established, and the relationship between different meteorological factors and internal quality of fragrant pear fruit was analyzed. The internal quality evaluation system of fragrant pear fruit was established. The results showed that the fruit appearance quality of Korla pear was related to the color coefficient. The evaluation factor of fruit color selected by principal component analysis (PCA) is a hue (tonal value / Brightness) (a / b) (from yellow to red). The fruit color evaluation criteria were divided into 4 grades, which were excellent, good and general, respectively. The results of color grade certification of Korla fragrant pear in 2015 were as follows: Teyou 13.75, you 57.5, good 18.75, general 1075. The results showed that the average grading consistency was 94.75, which could meet the requirements of color grading of fruits. (2) the relationship between the intrinsic quality and meteorological factors of Korla fragrant pear. The main influencing factors of single fruit weight were May daily temperature range and May relative humidity. The main influencing factors of fruit shape index were May mean air temperature and September relative humidity. The main influencing factors of fruit firmness were the monthly mean temperature in July and the daily difference in temperature in August. The main influencing factors of soluble solids are the daily temperature range and relative humidity in July, the mean daily temperature and relative humidity in August, and the mean daily minimum temperature in September. Lasso horticulture is good, ShangHuzhen horticulture fair is good, Sha Yidong horticulture farm excellent. It has been proved that the weather disasters such as hailstorm, high temperature heat damage and strong wind weather encountered in Korla City in 2015 have a serious impact on the results of climate quality certification of Korla fragrant pear, that is, the final certification result is lower than that of previous years, which is in line with the actual situation.
