大蒜素对畜牧生产环境的保护作用

【摘要】：当今世界畜牧业环境污染已成热点问题,而以养为治才是解决该问题的根本之道。文章从大蒜素对畜牧业环保方面的作用入手,针对减少排泄物中抗生素残留问题,减少排泄物中营养物质含量,提高饲料利用率,改善家畜生活环境和减少反刍动物甲烷排放等方面进行系统的阐述,并对大蒜素今后需深入研究的问题进行了展望。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, environmental pollution of animal husbandry has become a hot issue in the world. Based on the effect of allicin on animal husbandry environmental protection, this paper aims at reducing the antibiotic residues in excreta, reducing the content of nutrients in excreta, and improving the utilization rate of feed. The improvement of living environment of domestic animals and the reduction of methane emission from ruminants were systematically expounded, and the future problems of allicin in the future were prospected.
