不同改良剂对盐碱地土壤及草地早熟禾生长的影响

【摘要】:改良盐碱化土壤是当前亟待解决的环境问题,合理选用土壤改良剂和改良方法对盐碱地的开发利用有重要意义。本研究以兰州新区的盐碱土为盆栽土进行盆栽种植草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis)试验,设有底层衬膜施加不同土壤改良剂的10个处理、底层衬膜不施加土壤改良剂和不衬膜施加1号改良剂。通过测定施加改良剂前土壤的基本理化性质及施加土壤改良剂后土壤p H、全盐量及草地早熟禾的生长指标,对不同的土壤改良剂的效果进行分析对比,选择出最有效的土壤改良剂和改良方法。结果表明,施加土壤改良剂后土壤的p H和全盐量低于施加前,草地早熟禾的高度、密度和盖度优于没有添加改良剂的处理。所选10种盐碱改良剂中,嗜盐碱微生物菌肥改良剂效果最好,改良后土壤p H和全盐量分别为7.37和0.28%,比改良前分别降低了1.09和0.32%,草地早熟禾的高度、密度、盖度及叶绿素含量分别为9.68 cm、2.09株·cm~(-2)、99%、3.13 mg·g~(-1),改良效果优于无机改良剂和有机肥。土壤底层衬膜对盐碱土的改良效果优于底层不衬膜处理,衬膜处理下土壤p H、全盐量、草地早熟禾生长密度、高度与不衬膜处理相比差异显著(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:Improving salinized soil is an urgent environmental problem at present. The rational selection of soil improver and improvement method is of great significance to the development and utilization of saline-alkali land. In this study, the potted saline soil of Lanzhou New area was used for pot planting of POA pratensis. There were 10 treatments with different soil modifier, no soil modifier and no film. The physical and chemical properties of the soil before the application of the modifier, the soil pH, the total salt content and the growth index of Kentucky bluegrass were determined before and after the application of the modifier, and the effects of different soil modifiers were analyzed and compared. Select the most effective soil improver and improve the method. The results showed that the soil pH and total salt content were lower than those before application, and the height, density and coverage of Kentucky bluegrass were better than those without the modifier. The soil pH and total salt content of the improved soil were 7.37 and 0.28, respectively, which were 1.09 and 0.32 lower than those before the improvement, and the height and density of Kentucky bluegrass were decreased. The coverage and chlorophyll content were 9.68 cm ~ (-1) and 9.68 cm ~ (-1), respectively. The effect of improvement was better than that of inorganic modifier and organic fertilizer. The effect of soil substrate film on the improvement of saline-alkali soil was better than that of the bottom layer without film treatment. The soil pH, total salt content, growth density and height of Kentucky bluegrass under the film lining treatment were significantly different from those of the unlined film treatment (P 0.05).
