基于RFID技术的粮食周转系统中标签防碰撞算法研究

【摘要】:随着粮食科技的发展,传统的粮食收购、仓储管理方式凸显不足,使用传统的一维和二维条码技术对粮食信息的统计不准确,更新程度不高,此外由于外界温度、褶皱、撕裂等因素对条码的影响,信息的识别率会大大降低。本文将无线射频识别技术(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)与传统粮食行业相结合,研究其在粮食周转系统各主要环节中的关键应用技术。本文首先对粮食周转系统做了详细的分析,对RFID射频技术粮食周转系统中的应用做了详尽的流程介绍和说明,针对RFID系统中标签在传输数据时,标签与标签之间基于概率型的ALOHA防碰撞算法进行了系统的研究。标签数量不多的情况下标签识别过程中不需进行标签估算,使用动态帧时隙算法即可识别标签;但当标签数量较大时,则必须对标签数量进行准确的估算,根据估算的数量进行分组,按照分组来依次识别标签。本文在ALOHA算法的基础上,研究了一种基于动态因子均值标签数目估算方法的ALOHA改进算法。进而将该改进算法应用到粮食周转系统中的粮食入仓、调配、换仓、补仓、出仓、运动等环节中的标签识别,并通过系统仿真来分析和总结,验证了ALOHA改进算法在粮食周转系统中应用的可靠性。最后本文对ALOHA改进算法在粮食周转系统中的应用进行了总结,并对该课题未来的重点研究方向进行了展望,以期为ALOHA改进算法更好地应用于粮食周转系统提供理论参考。
[Abstract]:With the development of food science and technology, the traditional methods of grain acquisition and storage management have been highlighted. The statistics of grain information by using the traditional one-dimensional barcode technology and two-dimensional barcode technology are not accurate and the degree of updating is not high. In addition, due to the external temperature, they are wrinkled. The information recognition rate will be greatly reduced because of the effect of tearing and other factors on the bar code. In this paper, radio frequency identification technology (RFID) is combined with traditional grain industry to study its key application technology in the main links of grain turnover system. In this paper, firstly, the grain turnover system is analyzed in detail, and the application of RFID radio frequency technology grain turnover system is introduced and explained in detail. A probabilistic Aloha anti-collision algorithm between tags is studied systematically. When the number of tags is not large, tag estimation is not needed in the process of tag recognition, and the dynamic frame slot algorithm is used to identify the tag, but when the number of tags is large, the number of tags must be estimated accurately. According to the estimated number of groups, according to the grouping to identify the label. Based on the Aloha algorithm, an improved Aloha algorithm based on the dynamic factor mean label number estimation method is studied in this paper. Then the improved algorithm is applied to the identification of the labels in the grain storage, distribution, change, replenishment, exit, movement and so on in the grain turnover system, and the system simulation is used to analyze and summarize it. The reliability of Aloha improved algorithm in grain turnover system is verified. Finally, this paper summarizes the application of Aloha improved algorithm in grain turnover system, and looks forward to the future research direction of this topic, in order to provide a theoretical reference for better application of Aloha improved algorithm in grain turnover system.
