高效液相色谱法测定秸秆浸提液或腐解液中12种酚酸

【摘要】:建立了同时测定秸秆浸提液或腐解液中12种酚酸物质(没食子酸、原儿茶酸、龙胆酸、对羟基苯甲酸、绿原酸、香草酸、咖啡酸、丁香酸、对香豆酸、阿魏酸、芥子酸、水杨酸)的反相高效液相色谱测定方法。采用Waters HLB(500 mg、60μm、6 m L)固相萃取小柱对水溶液中的酚酸物质进行浓缩,以含0.5%乙酸的乙腈和0.5%乙酸的水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,选用二极管阵列检测器,30 min内可对12种酚酸物质同时检测,各种酚酸均可达到基线分离。加标回收试验表明,样品中12种酚酸类化合物的加标回收率为79.41%~101.92%,12种酚酸保留时间和峰面积的RSD分别在0.02%~0.1%和0.25%~2.26%之间。该方法快速、灵敏、准确,适用于同时测定秸秆浸提液、腐解液、土壤溶液及水溶液中12种酚酸物质含量。
[Abstract]:The simultaneous determination of 12 phenolic acids (Gallic acid, protocatechuic acid, galacic acid, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, Lv Yuan acid, vanillic acid, caffeic acid, eugenic acid, p-coumaric acid, ferulic acid, erucic acid) in straw extract or decomposed solution was established. Salicylic acid-reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography-method for the determination of salicylic acid. The phenolic acid in aqueous solution was concentrated with Waters HLB (500 mg / L 60 渭 m ~ (6 mL) solid phase extraction column. The gradient elution was carried out with acetonitrile containing 0.5% acetic acid and aqueous solution of 0.5% acetic acid as the mobile phase. Twelve phenolic acids can be detected simultaneously by diode array detector within 30 min, and all kinds of phenolic acids can be separated at baseline. The recoveries of 12 phenolic acids in the samples were 79.41% and 101.92%, respectively. The RSD of retention time and peak area of 12 phenolic acids were between 0.1% and 0.25% and 2.26%, respectively. The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate. It is suitable for simultaneous determination of 12 phenolic acids in straw extract, decomposed solution, soil solution and aqueous solution.
