不同水分处理对白浆参地土壤微生物群落功能多样性和土壤状况的影响

【摘要】:以农田栽参主要土壤类型白浆土为研究试材,采用盆栽的方式,根据白浆土田间持水量的40%、60%、80%分别设置低、中、高水分处理组,采用Biolog微平板法和化学方法研究水分对土壤微生物代谢功能多样性和土壤状况的影响。结果表明:在高水分处理下(白浆土相对含水量为80%),物种丰富度指数、AWCD值和碳源利用丰富度指数最高;土壤速效磷含量显著高于其它水分处理,同时土壤酶活性较高,对人参生长发育有利。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the main soil types of cultivated ginseng were used as the experimental materials, and the treatment groups of low, middle and high water content were set up according to 40% of the field water holding capacity of the clay soil and 80% of the water holding capacity in the field. Biolog microplate method and chemical method were used to study the effects of water on the metabolic function diversity and soil status of soil microorganisms. The results showed that the species richness index (AWCD) and carbon source utilization richness index were the highest under high water treatment (relative water content of alpine soil was 80%), the content of available phosphorus in soil was significantly higher than that of other water treatments, and the activity of soil enzyme was higher than that of other treatments. It is beneficial to the growth and development of ginseng.
