2株降解菌对土壤中二甲戊灵的降解效果

【摘要】:在实验室条件下,研究了细菌菌株JY-2和JY-5对二甲戊灵污染土壤的修复作用及其影响因素,并采用生物法进行验证。结果表明,二甲戊灵的降解率与接种量呈正相关,其中,当接种量为10%(0.6×109CFU/g)时,接种后15 d菌株JY-2和JY-5对土壤中200 mg/kg二甲戊灵的降解率分别达到66.18%和65.66%,低于此接种量时降解菌的降解作用较弱;土壤温度及含水量对菌株降解作用具有显著影响,最适土壤温度为30℃,最佳含水量为600 g/kg,在此条件下,菌株JY-2和JY-5对二甲戊灵的降解率分别为73.25%和67.07%;接种降解菌JY-2和JY-5可不同程度降解土壤中二甲戊灵,减轻二甲戊灵对玉米和棉花生长的抑制作用,具有一定的土壤修复作用。
[Abstract]:The effects of bacterial strains JY-2 and JY-5 on soil remediation of dimethylpentalin contaminated soil and its influencing factors were studied under laboratory conditions and were verified by biological method.
