胶质芽孢杆菌菌剂对四种蔬菜种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响

【摘要】:以胶质芽孢杆菌菌剂为研究对象,研究了其对黄瓜、番茄、茄子及辣椒4种蔬菜种子发芽率及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:该菌剂处理的黄瓜、番茄、茄子和辣椒种子发芽率均高于对照组,依次是对照的1.10、1.10、1.07、1.07倍;处理组幼苗根长分别比对照增加3.76%、32.82%、1.50%和15.70%;处理组幼苗干质量分别比对照增加36.36%、-12.82%、3.13%、16.67%,G值、根冠比与对照无显著差异。综上所述,胶质芽孢杆菌菌剂能够提高4种蔬菜种子的发芽率,但对蔬菜幼苗根生长的影响因蔬菜种类不同而异。
[Abstract]:The effects of Bacillus colloides on seed germination rate and seedling growth of cucumber, tomato, eggplant and pepper were studied. The results showed that the germination rate of cucumber, tomato, eggplant and pepper seeds treated with Bacillus colloides were 1.10, 1.10, 1.07 and 1.07 times higher than that of control, respectively. The dry weight of seedlings in treatment group increased by 36.36%, -12.82%, 3.13%, 16.67% compared with the control, respectively. There was no significant difference in G value and root-shoot ratio between the two groups.
