三种外源土壤改良剂对富硒土壤硒生物有效性及葡萄富硒的影响

【摘要】:以第一年投产的“摩尔多瓦”葡萄树为试验材料,采用三元二次饱和D-最优设计,结合田间试验、土培模拟试验及田间后效试验,以探究施加石灰石粉、AM菌剂、营养调节剂三种外源土壤调理剂后,在广西富硒土上原位生产富硒葡萄的可能性;并探讨三种改良剂对土壤各形态硒的影响以及各形态硒与葡萄果实硒间相互作用机制;同时也改进广西葡萄园区土壤硒连续提取方法,主要研究结果如下:1、广西葡萄园区土硒连续提取最佳方案为:2g用土量,土液比为1:20,水溶态硒浸提剂为0.25MKCl(22℃),可溶态硒及碳酸盐结合态硒浸提剂为0.7M KH_2PO_4(pH=5.0),铁锰结合态硒浸提剂为4.5M HCl,有机结合态硒与硫化物硒浸提剂为5%K_2S_2O_8 8ml+(1:1)HNO_3 2ml,残渣态硒浸提剂为HF:HNO_3:HClO4(1:1:1)10ml。2、田间试验表明,当施加石灰石粉、AM菌剂、营养调节剂后(除处理1外),葡萄果实硒含量提高了 1.1~1.8倍,当它们施用量分别为2400kg/ha、69kg/ha、39.98kg/ha时,根据模型显示葡萄果实含硒含量可为11.56ug/kg,可达到富硒果蔬标准。3、试验土壤各形态硒含量顺序为有机机-硫化物结合态残渣态铁锰结合态可溶态及碳酸盐结合态水溶态。4、田间后效试验表明:葡萄含硒量各生育期含量顺序为成熟期着色期膨大期,而常规条件下,膨大期最大,成熟期与着色期含量相近。因此,以石灰石粉、AM菌剂和营养调节剂等外源物质可作为生产“摩尔多瓦”富硒葡萄新型富硒手段。
