3株真核微藻在不同浓度猪粪水沼液中生长差异及氮磷去除率研究

【摘要】:为比较小球藻(Chlorella Vulgaris)、四尾栅藻(Scenedesmus Quadricauda)和斜生栅藻(Scenedesmus Obliqnus)3株真菌微藻在不同浓度猪粪水沼液中的生长情况及氮磷去除率的差异,试验选用猪粪水沼液,进行稀释,得到1/1、1/2、1/4、1/8、1/16和1/32不同浓度的猪粪水沼液,高压灭菌后,分别培养3株微藻。结果表明:3株微藻均能在粪水沼液中生长,而且能有效去除浓度为1/4、1/8、1/16和1/32的沼液中的氮磷;在浓度为1/4和1/8沼液中,小球藻相对生长速率最高,而在浓度为1/16和1/32的沼液中,四尾栅藻和斜生栅藻的生长速率优于小球藻;在浓度为1/4、1/8、1/16和1/32的沼液中,斜生栅藻的总氮和氨态氮去除效果最佳;3株微藻在浓度为1/4和1/8的沼液中硝态氮增加,在1/16和1/32沼液硝态氮有所减少,其中四尾栅藻去除效果较好;四尾栅藻和斜生栅藻的总磷去除率基本相同,优于小球藻。在本试验条件下,小球藻和斜生栅藻可作为后期驯化的优势藻种。
[Abstract]:In order to compare the growth and nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency of Chlorella (Chlorella Vulgaris), (Scenedesmus Quadricauda) and (Scenedesmus Obliqnus) in different concentrations of porcine dung biogas, pig manure biogas liquid was used to dilute the microalgae. We got 1 / 1 / 1 / 2 / 1 / 4 / 8 / 8 / 1 / 16 and 1 / 32 of different concentrations of pig dung biogas liquid. After high pressure sterilization, we cultured three microalgae respectively. The results showed that all three strains of microalgae could grow in dung water biogas, and they could effectively remove nitrogen and phosphorus from biogas with a concentration of 1 / 4 / 8 / 8 / 16 and 1 / 32. In 1 / 4 and 1 / 8 biogas, Chlorella microalgae had the highest relative growth rate, but in the biogas with concentrations of 1 / 16 and 1 / 32, In the biogas with a concentration of 1 / 4 / 1 / 8 / 8 / 1 / 16 and 1 / 32, the removal efficiency of total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen was the best among the three microalgae strains which increased nitrate nitrogen in the biogas with the concentration of 1 / 4 and 1 / 8. At 1 / 16 and 1 / 32, nitrate nitrogen in biogas liquid decreased, and the removal rate of total phosphorus was the same as that of Chlorella vulgaris, and the removal rate of total phosphorus was the same as that of Chlorella vulgaris, and the removal rate of total phosphorus was the same as that of Chlorella vulgaris. Under the experimental conditions, Chlorella vulgaris and S. obliquus can be used as dominant algae species for later domestication.
