西南喀斯特地区农户气象灾害致贫的影响因素分析

【摘要】：本文基于西南喀斯特地区14个村庄的调查得到1520户农户基本数据,采用广义多层线性模型,从农户和村庄两个层面,分析西南喀斯特地区农户因灾致贫风险的影响因素和作用程度大小。研究发现:(1)农户个体和家庭特征差异对农户因灾致贫的解释程度达到92.86%,村庄间海拔和规模差异对农户因灾致贫的解释程度为7.14%,农户因灾致贫风险主要与农户个体和家庭因素有关。(2)在不考虑村庄差异的情况下,户主健康状况、家庭规模、劳动力数量等因素显著影响了农户因灾致贫风险。(3)在考虑村庄差异的情况下,村庄海拔特征会减弱家庭劳动力数量、农户住房情况对因灾致贫风险的作用程度,加强林地面积与因灾致贫风险的关联作用。村庄的规模特征会增强农户饮水困难程度、工资收入等因素与因灾致贫风险的关联程度。最后,本文从精准扶贫的角度出发提出了相关建议和措施。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey of 14 villages in Southwest Karst region, this paper obtains the basic data of 1520 peasant households, and adopts the generalized multilevel linear model, from the two levels of farmers and villages. This paper analyzes the influencing factors and action degree of the risk of poverty caused by disaster in rural households in Karst region of Southwest China. The results are as follows: (1) the difference of individual and family characteristics of peasant households explains the poverty caused by disaster to 92.86 degree, and the difference of altitude and scale between villages explains 7.14 degree of poverty caused by disaster. The risk of poverty caused by disaster is mainly related to the individual of peasant household. Related to family factors. (2) without taking into account village differences, The health status of the head of household, household size, labor force and other factors significantly affected the risk of poverty caused by the disaster. (3) when considering the difference of village, the village altitude characteristics will weaken the number of household labor force. The effect of the housing situation of farmers on the risk of poverty caused by disaster and the correlation between the area of woodland and the risk of poverty caused by disaster were strengthened. The scale characteristics of villages will increase the degree of farmers' drinking water difficulty, wage income and other factors related to the risk of poverty caused by disasters. Finally, this paper puts forward the relevant suggestions and measures from the perspective of precision poverty reduction.
