江苏省耕地过剩氮排放评价及减排对策——基于农牧结合视角

【摘要】:农牧业的快速发展导致氮、磷等营养元素的投入和排放超出了耕地环境承载能力,造成严重的农业面源污染问题,直接威胁农业的可持续发展。基于农牧结合视角,采用过剩氮计算方法测算江苏省各市的过剩氮排放现状,并探寻过剩氮形成的原因,提出过剩氮治理的对策。治理过剩氮主要可从3个方面进行,即降低化肥施用强度,提高化肥利用效率;合理安排农牧业生产,形成良性物质循环;降低耕地生产强度,完善农作物轮作生产体系,适当实施休耕。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of agriculture and animal husbandry leads to the input and discharge of nitrogen, phosphorus and other nutrient elements beyond the carrying capacity of cultivated land environment, resulting in serious agricultural non-point source pollution problem, which directly threatens the sustainable development of agriculture. Based on the view of combination of agriculture and animal husbandry, the present situation of excess nitrogen emissions in Jiangsu Province was calculated by using the method of calculation of excess nitrogen, and the causes of the formation of excess nitrogen were explored, and the countermeasures for the treatment of excess nitrogen were put forward. The control of excess nitrogen can be carried out from three aspects: reducing the application intensity of chemical fertilizer, improving the utilization efficiency of chemical fertilizer, rationally arranging the production of agriculture and animal husbandry, and forming a benign material cycle. Reduce cultivated land production intensity, improve crop rotation production system, appropriate implementation of fallow.
