过氧化尿素合成工艺及其稳定剂的研究

【摘要】:实验研究了湿法制备过氧化尿素的工艺条件,确定最佳条件为n(双氧水)∶n(尿素)=1.3∶1,反应温度30~50℃,结晶温度为0℃、程序降温速率为0.5℃/min,干燥温度50℃,在此条件下制备的过氧化尿素产品的质量分数达97%以上,满足了市场上对过氧化尿素纯度的要求。同时考察了一系列过氧化尿素的稳定剂和包膜剂,确定最佳的稳定剂为磷酸二氢钾,包膜剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
