蜡蚧轮枝菌生物学特性及其与榕母管蓟马毒力的相关性

【摘要】:【目的】探讨蜡蚧轮枝菌生物学特性与菌株对榕母管蓟马毒力的相关性,为榕母管蓟马优质高效生防菌株的初步筛选提供参考。【方法】室内观察蜡蚧轮枝菌V07、V16063、V3450和Vp28 4株菌株的生物学特性,测定其对榕母管蓟马成虫的毒力,通过逐步回归分析探讨两者间的相关性。【结果】4株蜡蚧轮枝菌菌株的生物学特性存在异同,产孢量和孢子萌发率均很高,但V3450菌株生长速度最快,孢子GT50最短;V16063和Vp28菌株生长速度较快,孢子GT50较短;V07菌株生长速度最慢,孢子GT50最长。榕母管蓟马成虫受供试菌株侵染后的死亡趋势均随菌剂浓度升高和侵染时间延长而上升,但不同菌剂中的变幅则明显不同,侵染致死效果依次为V3450V16063Vp28V07,LT50依次为V3450V16063Vp28V07。逐步回归分析表明,菌株生长速度和孢子GT50对累计校正死亡率和LT50的作用均达显著水平。【结论】在供试菌株产孢量和孢子萌发率均很高时,菌株生长速度和孢子GT50可作为评判蜡蚧轮枝菌对榕母管蓟马毒力大小的初筛指标。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the relationship between the biological characteristics and virulence of the strain to Ficus nativa thrips, and to provide a reference for the preliminary screening of high quality and high efficiency biocontrol strains of Ficus nativa thrips. [methods] to observe the virulence of Verticillium viride V07V 16063 in laboratory. The biological characteristics of four strains of V3450 and Vp28 were studied. The virulence of V3450 and Vp28 was determined. The correlation between them was studied by stepwise regression analysis. [results] the biological characteristics of 4 strains were similar and different. Spore production and spore germination rate were very high, but the growth rate of strain V3450 was the fastest and the spore GT50 was the shortest. The growth rate of V16063 and Vp28 was faster, the spore GT50 was shorter, the growth rate of V07 was the slowest and the spore GT50 was the longest. The mortality trend of adult Ficus thrips infected by the tested strains increased with the increase of the concentration of fungicides and the time of infection, but the variation range of different agents was obviously different, and the lethal effect of infection was V3450V16063Vp28V07LT50 and V3450V16063Vp28V in turn. Stepwise regression analysis showed that the growth rate of the strain and the effect of spores GT50 on cumulative corrected mortality and LT50 were significant. [conclusion] when the sporulation and spore germination rate of the tested strains were very high, The strain growth rate and spore GT50 can be used as a preliminary screening index to judge the virulence of rotifer of scale to Ficus nativa thrips.
