一株烟草黑胫病高效拮抗菌的筛

【摘要】:采用稀释涂布平板法、对峙培养法和牛津杯法从烟草黑胫病土壤中分离和筛选出21株对烟草黑胫病有拮抗作用的细菌,其中,XCS007菌株拮抗作用最明显,运用微观形态学、生理生化特征及16Sr DNA基因序列鉴定其为一株铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)。菌株XCS007菌液及其粗提物对烟草黑胫病病菌菌丝的抑制率分别是91.80%和97.11%;盆栽试验结果显示,其防治效果分别是83.18%和83.55%;大田试验结果显示,其防治效果分别达到78.64%和79.54%。
[Abstract]:Twenty-one strains of bacteria antagonistic to tobacco black shank disease were isolated and screened from tobacco black shank soil by dilution coating plate method, confrontation culture method and Oxford cup method. Among them, the antagonistic effect of XCS007 strain was the most obvious, and micromorphology was used. Physiological and biochemical characteristics and sequence identification of 16Sr DNA gene as a (Pseudomonas aeruginosa). Strain of Pseudomonas aeruginosa The inhibition rates of XCS007 and its extracts on the mycelium of tobacco black shank were 91.80% and 97.111.The results of pot experiment showed that the control effect was 83.18% and 83.55%, respectively. The results of field test showed that the control effect was 78.64% and 79.54% respectively.
