三峡库区城乡消落带人工植被恢复土壤放线菌多样性特征
[Abstract]:In order to study the diversity of soil actinomycetes community in the declination zone after the restoration of artificial vegetation, the typical urban decaying zone of the three Gorges Reservoir area, Chongqing Jiangbeizi Grand Theater, and the Zhongnian Ruxi River Basin, were used as the study areas. The diversity of actinomycetes community in different soil layers of different soil layers was studied by using restriction end length polymorphism (terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism,T-RFLP) method in 20 cm,20~40 cm,40~60 cm soil samples collected in June 2015. The results showed that: (1) the diversity of soil actinomycetes in the urban and rural areas of the three Gorges Reservoir area was higher than that in the rural areas (P0.05), and the diversity of soil actinomycetes in the urban declination zone was higher than that in the rural areas (P0.05). Especially in the surface soil. (2) the diversity of actinomycetes in woodland is higher than that in grassland in urban and rural areas. There was no significant difference in actinomycetes diversity among soil layers. (3) the dominant species of soil actinomycetes were different after the restoration of artificial vegetation in urban and rural areas of the three Gorges Reservoir area. (4) redundant analysis of (redundancy analysis,. RDA) and Monte Carlo replacement test (Monte-Carlo permutation test) showed that the water content and available nitrogen content in the urban decaying zone significantly affected the diversity of actinomycetes community. The soil moisture content, organic matter, available nitrogen and available potassium contents significantly affected the diversity of actinomycetes community. The results showed that the diversity of soil actinomycetes in the urban belt was higher than that in the rural zone after the restoration of artificial vegetation, which might be caused by human disturbance and the increase of soil nutrients.
