生草栽培对赣南地区晚棱脐橙土壤酶活性及微生物种群的影响

【摘要】:赣南地区以山地丘陵为主,作为我国脐橙的主产区,长期的清耕建园制度使得果园水土流失现象日益突出,严重破坏了果园土壤的生态环境,制约了赣南脐橙产业发展。通过平板计数法、比色法测定不同生草栽培模式下的脐橙果园土壤微生物种群数量、土壤酶活性。结果表明,相比裸露的果园,合理的生草栽培模式可以显著增加土壤微生物数量,提高土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶、酸性磷酸酶活性,辅以科学的果园梯面管理措施效果更好。生草栽培在赣南地区脐橙果园的推广有利于土壤生物学性质的维持,也有利于土壤生态环境的稳定。
[Abstract]:As the main producing area of navel orange in China, the phenomenon of soil and water loss in orchard has become more and more prominent due to the long-term system of clearing and establishing gardens, which has seriously damaged the ecological environment of orchard soil and restricted the development of navel orange industry in south Jiangxi. The soil microbial population and soil enzyme activity of navel orange orchard were determined by plate counting and colorimetry. The results showed that compared with the bare orchard, the reasonable cultivation model of raw grass could significantly increase the number of soil microbes, increase the activities of soil invertase, urease and acid phosphatase, and improve the effect of scientific management measures on the surface of orchard. The popularization of grass cultivation in the orchards of navel orange in south Jiangxi is beneficial to the maintenance of soil biological properties and the stability of soil ecological environment.
