外源低分子有机酸对南方红壤磷、铁、铝释放及相互关系的影响

【摘要】:为探究杉木凋落物源低分子有机酸对南方红壤磷的释放作用及作用机制,以南方红壤为研究对象,采用化学浸提法比较4种低分子有机酸(草酸、丙二酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸)及4种酸的混合对南方红壤磷、铁、铝释放量的影响。研究结果表明,与对照相比,5类有机酸在不同浓度处理下皆能有效促进土壤磷、铁、铝的释放,释放量表现出随处理浓度上升而增加的趋势,且各有机酸处理对磷、铁、铝的释放作用总体依次表现为草酸≈混合酸丙二酸≈柠檬酸苹果酸;低分子有机酸pH值和离子活度影响土壤磷、铁、铝的释放,磷的释放量与铁、铝的释放量之间呈显著正相关。由研究结果可知,杉木凋落物源低分子有机酸能有效促进土壤磷释放,且释放作用和有机酸pH值、离子活度以及铁、铝的释放密切相关,其生态功能对于杉木森林生态系统养分循环具有促进作用。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the release effect and mechanism of low molecular organic acid (LMOA) from Chinese fir litter on red soil of southern China, four low molecular organic acids (oxalic acid, malonic acid and malic acid) were compared by chemical extraction method. The effects of citric acid and four acids on the release of phosphorus, iron and aluminum in red soil of southern China. The results showed that compared with the control, the five organic acids could effectively promote the release of phosphorus, iron and aluminum from soil at different concentrations, and the release amount showed an increasing trend with the increase of the treatment concentration, and the organic acid treatment could promote the release of phosphorus and iron.
