土壤交换性铝的等离子体发射光谱法测定研究

【摘要】:以LY/T 1240—1999规定方法为基本依托,分别对比等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)与中和滴定法、不同土液质量体积比(1∶50和1∶25)、不同称样量(5 g和2 g)对土壤交换性铝测定结果的影响。结果显示:ICP-AES与中和滴定法的测定结果无显著差异(P0.05);1∶25土液质量体积比下测得的土壤交换性铝含量极显著(P0.01)低于1∶50土液比;采用ICP-AES法测定时的土样称样量可由标准中规定的5 g减少至2 g。土壤交换性铝ICP-AES法测定的最佳分析谱线波长为396.1 nm,标准曲线的铝浓度范围为0~50 mg·L~(-1),铝检出限、定量限和回收率分别为0.050 mg·L~(-1)、0.168 mg·L~(-1)和98%。
[Abstract]:Based on the LY/T 1240-1999 method, the plasma emission spectrum (ICP-AES) and neutralization titration were compared, and the volume ratios of different soil solutions (1:50 and 1:25) were compared. Effects of different sample sizes (5 g and 2 g) on the determination of exchangeable aluminum in soil. The results showed that there was no significant difference between ICP-AES and neutralization titration (P0.05), the content of exchangeable aluminum in soil measured at 1:25 (P0.01) was significantly lower than that of 1:50. The amount of soil sample measured by ICP-AES method can be reduced from 5 g to 2 g. The optimum analytical wavelength of 396.1 nm, standard curve for determination of soil exchangeable aluminum by ICP-AES is 0 ~ 50 mg L ~ (-1). The detection limit, quantitative limit and recovery rate of aluminum are 0.050 mg L ~ (-1), respectively. 0.168 mg L ~ (-1) and 98 ~ (-1).
