不同寄主来源轮枝孢菌的交互致病性
[Abstract]:In order to find out whether there is cross-pathogenicity in different host species, the biological characteristics, such as colony morphology, of 10 strains of Trichoderma from 5 different host plants, such as sunflower, cotton, eggplant, lettuce and potato, were studied. The growth rate, physiological races, mating type and pathogenicity differentiation were studied. Polymerase chain reaction (polymerase chain reaction,) was used to detect the specific primers of different physiological races and mating types of Trichoderma dahliensis. PCR). The results showed that there were significant differences in colony morphology and growth rate among different host sources. The results of PCR showed that Ls16-1 from lettuce was a physiological race 1. The other 8 strains of Trichoderma dahliensis from different host sources were all physiological races 2; The mating type of all the tested strains of Trichoderma dahliensis was MAT1-2-1. In addition, the root dipping method of paper bowl was used to inoculate different host fungi with sunflower, cotton, eggplant and potato respectively. The results showed that the strains from different host sources showed different pathogenicity to the above hosts, but the pathogenicity of the isolates was the strongest. The results showed that there was mutual pathogenicity of different host strains on different hosts, but the pathogenicity of each of them was the strongest.
