冻害胁迫对草地早熟禾生理特性的影响

【摘要】:为了研究草地早熟禾在冻害胁迫下生理特性变化规律,试验在实验室条件下模拟低温环境,-10℃下分别处理10 min、20 min、30 min,以20℃作为对照,对草地早熟禾进行冻害胁迫处理,测定水势、叶绿素含量、电导率、根系活力、可溶性蛋白质含量、还原糖含量等指标。结果表明:在-10℃冻害胁迫下草地早熟禾叶片叶绿素含量、根系活力等随着冻害时间的延长呈降低趋势;还原糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、电导率、水势等呈上升趋势。说明草地早熟禾具有一定的抗冻能力。
