基于水土流失污染的丘陵盆地海绵城市策略——以黄石市环磁湖地区为例

【摘要】:水土流失是陆源径流污染的重要因素和面源污染的关键源;海绵城市对减轻丘陵盆地城市水环境问题至关重要。在规划前期采取系统性、前瞻性方法对提高海绵设施实效有重要意义。以黄石市环磁湖地区为例,基于水土流失防治探讨丘陵盆地海绵城市规划方法。首先基于IDRISI平台结合修正通用土壤流失方程(RUSLE)对现状进行模拟,得出平均土壤侵蚀模数[t/(hm~2·y)]和入湖沉积物总量(t/y),诊断现状水土流失不利地区,引导海绵设施布局;对规划情景采用相同的模拟和分析方法,通过比较规划前、后的结论揭示海绵城市策略对水土流失污染防治的实效性。根据结果,规划将使平均土壤侵蚀模数和入湖沉积总量分别降低10.76%和3.337%,土壤流失缓解地区比例显著大于加重地区。
[Abstract]:Soil and water loss is an important factor of land runoff pollution and a key source of non-point source pollution, and sponge city is very important to alleviate urban water environmental problems in hilly basin. It is important to adopt systematic and prospective methods to improve the effectiveness of sponge facilities in the early stage of planning. Based on soil erosion prevention and control, the planning method of sponge city in hilly basin is discussed in this paper, taking Huangshi City as an example. Based on the IDRISI platform and modified general soil erosion equation (RUSLE), the current situation is simulated, and the average soil erosion modulus [t / (hm~2 y)] and the total sediment amount (t / y) into the lake are obtained to diagnose the unfavorable soil erosion areas. Guide sponge facility layout; The same simulation and analysis methods were used for planning scenarios, and the effectiveness of spongy city strategy on soil erosion pollution control was revealed by comparing the results before and after planning. According to the results, the average soil erosion modulus and the total sediment amount into the lake will be reduced by 10.76% and 3.337%, respectively, and the proportion of soil erosion mitigation area will be significantly larger than that of the accentuated area.
