木醋液对牛粪预堆置过程中温室气体排放调控研究

【摘要】:本研究以牛粪为堆肥原料,锯末作为调理剂,通过静态好氧堆肥试验,系统考察了棉秆木醋液的添加对牛粪堆肥理化性质时空特征变化的影响,分析了棉秆木醋液的添加对牛粪堆肥过程温室气体排放的影响,探讨了木醋液调控牛粪堆肥过程温室气体排放的作用机理,以及堆体温度、有机质和总氮与CH4:CO2的相关性大小。主要研究结果如下: (1)通过添加3.0%棉秆木醋液,堆体温度提高5-7℃,堆肥周期缩短1-2天,加快堆肥进程,缩短了堆肥周期。添加3.0%棉秆木醋液,,在高温期,堆体自由空域大于30%,堆肥腐熟期的自由空域呈现层次效应TopFASCenterFASBottomFAS。添加棉秆木醋液降低了14%-26%的碳损失,提高堆体中总氮含量。 (2)堆肥过程中,堆体上中下三层CO2、CH4的排放呈现先增加后减少的趋势。CO2排放在后期有不同程度的增加,中间层增加程度最大,上层和下层最小;CH4排放量下层最大,中层次之,上层最小,出现梯度性变化。在整个堆肥过程中,CH4排放主要集中在前一周,占到总排放的60%-87%。通过向牛粪堆肥中添加3.0%的棉秆木醋液,在第7天后就抑制了CH4排放,2周后CH4排放基本为零,与对照组相比,堆肥结束CH4排放降低了15%。CH4和CO2排放在同一水平面上差异不显著,而在垂直方向上存在显著差异。添加3.0%的棉秆木醋液,CO2上中下平均排放量分别为22.04%、21.51%和22.71%,排放总量比对照组CK平均高86%。通过物料平衡分析,对照组比处理组损失量平均高出14%-26%,与前期CH4、CO2排放量大致吻合。随着木醋液浓度增加,碳损失量降低,到堆肥后期,碳损失量比对照组平均减少了34%,提高了堆肥产品中有机质的含量。 (3)通过回归分析发现,CO2与O2存在一元线性关系,CH4与O2存在二元线性关系。CH4的排放受氧体积分数影响很大,添加3.0%棉秆木醋液处理组在前期FAS大于其他处理组,与氧体积分数相对应,进一步说明3#有利于堆肥顺利进行。CH4:CO2与温度、总有机质和总氮呈线性关系,与温度和总有机质呈正相关,与总氮呈负相关。
[Abstract]:In this study, cattle manure was used as composting material and sawdust was used as conditioning agent. Through static aerobic composting experiment, the effects of adding cotton stalk and wood vinegar on spatio-temporal characteristics of cow manure composting were investigated systematically. The effect of adding cotton stalk wood vinegar on greenhouse gas emission during cow manure composting was analyzed, and the mechanism of controlling greenhouse gas emission from cow manure composting by wood vinegar was discussed, and the temperature of compost was also discussed.
