基于STM32和PLC的温室环境无线监控系统设计

【摘要】:为了解决有线传感器测量系统布线带来的不便,试验以STM32单片机和PLC为核心,将ZigBee低功耗无线传输技术应用到测控系统,由传感器节点、Zig Bee无线传输节点、PLC监控中心、Internet网络、PC远程监控平台和控制装置组成。结果表明:该系统具有环境因子数据采集、数据存储和根据控制策略控制执行机构动作、完成调节环境因子的功能。与传统方法相比,该系统布线简单,易于使用和维护。经过试验验证,该系统具有控制精度高、响应速度快的特点。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the inconvenience caused by wiring of wired sensor measurement system, the experiment takes STM32 single chip microcomputer and PLC as the core, applies ZigBee low power wireless transmission technology to the measurement and control system, including sensor node, ZigBee wireless transmission node and PLC monitoring center. Internet network, PC remote monitoring platform and control device composition. The results show that the system has the functions of environmental factor data collection, data storage, control of executive action according to the control strategy, and the function of adjusting the environmental factor. Compared with the traditional method, the system has the advantages of simple wiring, easy to use and maintenance. The experimental results show that the system has the characteristics of high control precision and fast response.
