季节对规模化羊场粪便污染特性的影响

【摘要】:为进一步了解和掌握羊粪便对环境污染状况,本研究选取规模化羊场杜泊羊和小尾寒羊为试验对象,对其粪便中主要污染指标的季节性变化进行了分析。结果表明,不同季节粪便主要成分含量差异显著。其中,杜泊羊粪便中有机质、全磷、铜含量均为夏季最高,分别为90.21%、0.90%、43.20mg/kg;全氮含量秋季最高为2.44%;锌含量则表现为冬季最高,达到162.0mg/kg,均显著高于其他季节,所有指标均为春季最低。小尾寒羊粪便有机质、全氮、锌含量均为秋季最高,分别为90.11%、2.28%、203.9 mg/kg;夏季全磷、铜含量最高,分别为0.91%、49.32mg/kg;有机质、全氮和全磷均为春季最低,铜和锌含量均为冬季最低。2个品种羊粪中有机质、全氮、全磷、铜含量上无显著性差异(P0.05);而小尾寒羊粪便锌含量比杜泊羊高17.7%,差异显著(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:In order to further understand and grasp the environmental pollution of sheep feces, Dupo sheep and small tail Han sheep in large-scale sheep farms were selected as the experimental objects, and the seasonal changes of main pollution indexes in their feces were analyzed. The results showed that there were significant differences in the contents of main components in feces in different seasons. The contents of organic matter, total phosphorus and copper were the highest in summer, which were 90.21%, 0.90%, 43.20 mg / kg, 2.44% and 2.44% in autumn, respectively. Zinc content was the highest in winter, reaching 162.0 mg / kg, which was significantly higher than that in other seasons, and all the indexes were the lowest in spring. The contents of organic matter, total nitrogen and zinc in the feces of small tail Han sheep were the highest in autumn, which were 90.11%, 2.28%, 203.9 mg/kg; in summer, the highest contents of total phosphorus and copper were 0.91% and 49.32 mg / kg respectively. Organic matter, total nitrogen and total phosphorus were the lowest in spring, and copper and zinc contents were the lowest in winter. There was no significant difference in organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and copper contents in sheep feces between the two breeds (P0.05). The zinc content in faeces of small tail Han sheep was 17.7% higher than that of Duper sheep, the difference was significant (P0.05).
