杨树修复阿特拉津污染土壤的根际微生物碳源利用研究
[Abstract]:Taking hybrid poplar as the object of remediation, the microbial diversity in different rhizosphere of atrazin contaminated soil treated with different acid and base regulators was studied by root box and Biolog system. The results showed that acid-base regulator had a significant effect on soil microbial activity and carbon source utilization in community at the beginning of tree restoration (30th day). At the 90th day of restoration, the microbial activity of the soil treated with acid regulator and the carbon source utilization ability of the community began to decrease, even lower than that of poplar implantation alone. However, the application of alkaline regulator still has a significant effect on soil microbial activity and carbon source utilization ability of microbial community. However, the overall activity of rhizosphere microorganisms and the evolution of community structure in the process of remediation of atrazin contaminated soil by poplar trees did not show a stable regularity. In view of the limited carbon source of Biolog ECO, it can not fully reflect the functional diversity of soil microbial community structure. The causes and related mechanisms of irregular changes of microbial activity and community structure in rhizosphere of poplar treated with different acid-base regulators need to be further studied in combination with more precise analysis and testing methods.
