模拟杉木凋落物源有机酸对南方红壤磷的持续释放效应

【摘要】:为模拟杉木凋落物源低分子有机酸对杉木林下土壤中磷的活化和持续释放作用,采用化学浸提法,以外源有机酸(草酸、丙二酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸及其混合酸)和南方红壤为研究材料,设置不同浓度有机酸溶液处理,对南方红壤进行一次性浸提和多次连续浸提.结果表明:在一次性浸提条件下,各类有机酸对土壤磷释放量皆随浓度的上升而上升;2 mmol·L~(-1)浓度处理下各类有机酸对土壤磷释放作用表现为混合酸草酸≈柠檬酸丙二酸苹果酸;4、8 mmol·L~(-1)浓度处理下各类有机酸对土壤磷释放作用表现为草酸≈混合酸丙二酸≈柠檬酸苹果酸.通过6次连续浸提,各类有机酸在2 mmol·L~(-1)浓度处理下对土壤磷的释放量表现为先上升后下降的变化趋势;8 mmol·L~(-1)浓度处理对土壤磷的释放量表现为持续下降的变化趋势.不同种类和浓度的有机酸对土壤磷的释放量与其p H呈负相关,与其离子活度呈正相关.

[Abstract]:In order to simulate the activation and continuous release of phosphorus from the litter of Cunninghamia lanceolata (Cunninghamia lanceolata), the southern red soil was extracted by chemical extraction with exogenous organic acids (oxalic acid, propionic acid, malic acid, citric acid and their mixed acid) and southern red soil as research materials.
