“凤丹”牡丹根际土壤LJP21菌株的解钾活性及其鉴定

【摘要】:以"凤丹"牡丹根际土壤为试材,采用稀释平板法,分离根际环境中的解钾菌,并进行活性评估及鉴定。结果表明:共分离到了4株解钾菌(LJP3、LJP7、LJP21、LJP23),在28℃、180r·min~(-1)条件下发酵培养7d后,LJP21菌株的发酵液中水溶性速效钾含量最高,达到2.6μg·mL~(-1),将其作为鉴定菌株。通过表型特征观察、生化特性测定与16SrDNA测序的多相分析,初步将菌株LJP21归为微小杆菌属Exiguobacterium,暂命名为Exiguobacteriumsp.LJP21。菌株LJP21可作为菌肥或生物钾肥开发的备用出发菌株。
